The location is very nice, right next to KK mall. Checking in room on 96/F, overseeing the amazing view of Shenzhen CBD. First we was arrange to room 1801, but we are staying to celebrate valentine day, we would like to have the bath top next to window. The butler, Alice arranged to us to stay at the room and informed price detail for upgrading. The process was smooth, we switched to different room within 10 mins, meanwhile we took some stunning pictures with those turndown amenities. After dinner at KK mall, we experienced the gym and swimming pool on 75/F, everything is so 5 stars, water and towel can be access easily. Morning buffet on 95/F offered many different options , western pastry to Chinese noodle bar and so on. We had some delicious eggs. The overall experience was great, even the hotel generously offered us a late check out at 4pm. I love the kindness of those staff and St.Regis brand name.

Can't fault this place. So conveniently located with 3 subway stations near by (line 1 and line 2), easy to get to anywhere within Shenzhen by train.. So many eateries around the areas. The only thing is housekeeping is only done upon requests, and the cleaner only cleans minimally. Bed is very comfortable. A washing machine is provided but no dryer (there is a small clothes drying area) Sound proofing of the unit is not so good so can hear the honking on the road, or neighbour talking and walking around. Definitely will stay again. 很方便，附近有三个地铁站，楼下的街上很多快餐店，饭店，奶茶点，咖啡店，还有个盒马，不怕饿到，渴到。 床也很舒服。 下次一定再住这里。

The front desk was very nice and helped provide chargers. The mattress is also very supportive and elastic, making it very comfortable to sleep on and perfect for long stays. It's difficult to open the windows because it's on a high floor, and I forgot to have an air purifier. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Simply LOVE this hotel. Everything is just great. Best location, just above Yannan Metro Station, next to many eateries and shopping. 10 mins walk to Huaqiangbei electronics market. Room wise is clean, spacious with lots of automation. The toilet bowl is also automated that comes with a bidet. However, the only complain I have is the inconsistent and low water shower pressure. Other than this, all are perfect. Nice spread of breakfast in a beautiful cafe settings. Great services from the hotel staffs too.... thumb up!! Will return if go Shenzhen again. :)

I was advised to stay at this hotel by my colleague, who went to Shenzhen before me. It was a very nice stay, and I shall say it was the best hotel of the three in this area where I lived. The rooms are located on the upper floors of a building, so almost no noises can reach it, even if the balcony door is open. And no smells from the street. The room is big enough, there is a table convenient for work on laptop (not big, but not so small), wi-fi works good - it is important for business travellers. The condition is organized very smart - one can switch on the conditioner in the entrance area, and sleep safely from getting cold. The cleanliness is good, but I have met the cockroaches twice (which is rare compared to many other hotels). This is the only reason I put 4, not 5. The location is excellent - there are many facilities to eat on the ground floor (NB - they all are closed by 11 pm or even earlier). And there is a big supermarket underground. The subway is 50 meter from the entrance. There are also two little things to improve the facilities. 1) ”Please, do not disturb” sign for the door. Sometimes people have to sleep a little bit longer because of jet lag. It would be nice to warn the cleaning lady. 2) Tableware. The room facilities includes electric kettle and even an induction cooktop(!). But there was no tableware (unless very-very small teapot and cups for the tea ceremony count). I think, a pair big glasses for drinks and a pair simple plates (for fruits etc.) will be greatly appreciated. If I go to Shenzhen again, I will book HIPPA from the beginning of my trip.
