I recently stayed at the Crown Plaza Futian Hotel in Shenzhen and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Here's a breakdown of my thoughts based on several key points: Maintenance Excellence: The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. Despite the use of carpeting, the cleanliness was impeccable with no lingering odors. This attention to cleanliness greatly enhanced my overall comfort during my stay. Superb Gym Facilities: The gym room at Crown Plaza Futian Hotel is top-notch. The facilities are modern and well-equipped, making it a pleasure to maintain my fitness routine while traveling. Whether you're looking to lift weights, do cardio, or engage in other exercises, the gym has everything you need for a satisfying workout experience. Convenient Location: One of the highlights of the hotel's location is its proximity to a shopping mall, which is within walking distance. While I didn't have the opportunity to explore the mall extensively during my brief one-night stay, its presence adds convenience and offers additional options for dining, shopping, and entertainment for guests who have more time to spare. Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza Futian Hotel was fantastic. From the immaculate cleanliness to the excellent gym facilities and convenient location, it's clear that the hotel is committed to providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

Very good and very helpful staff. Location was very convenient to many eateries, shopping and places to stroll and relax. Facilities in the hotel was very good too. Allowed late check out till 2 pm. Breakfast choice was excellent too. Will surely come back. Although I did mention it was for my anniversary celebration, sadly nothing special was done 😞. Otherwise it was great

The location is highly convenient, situated right next to the shopping mall complex. This proximity offers easy access to a wide range of restaurants and services, enhancing the overall experience, even though the hotel itself is only so-so.

Very good experience. My girls and I had a really good time. They let us have late check out until 3 pm so my girls can swim at the indoor swimming pool. Service at the lounge is good too. Annie Xu’s service is outstanding. We will stay again for sure!

We told the guest experience team before the stay that our trip is for wedding anniversary. They have well decorated our room beforehand with champagne and cake, which was impressed. Lounge access is flexible as we missed the afternoon tea on the 1st day and we are allowed to have it on the next day after we checked out. Lounge staff were all very nice and helpful. A very good experience in Four Seasons Shenzhen. Chinese restaurant staff are also helpful and they have prepared some simple decoration on our table which are also very nice.

Overall is good, room is tidy and big. Reception and bell desk excellence service. However the night security staff isn’t nice. I’m worry are they suitable to work in hotel.

There are two subway lines 🚇Line 1 and Line 10 downstairs. You need to send the hotel instructions to the front desk on WeChat in advance. Check-in is upstairs↑ not on the first floor, which is a bit It’s not easy to find. I personally think it’s best to contact the hotel before checking in. It’s better to send a location via WeChat. Opposite the hotel is Huangting Shopping Center, which is linked to the shopping park CoCoPark, and there is also an underground street in Liancheng Xintiandi. The rooms are very new and have gas. Prepare your own pots and pans for cooking, there are no supplies in the apartment, washing machine (with laundry detergent) refrigerator, disposable toothbrush 🪥 razor, shower cap, comb. Towels, bath towels, floor towels, suitable for people on business trips. I can do laundry, or stay here for half a month and make some food. It's really convenient. It's very comfortable to stay and have a good rest. The mattress is soft and hard. Just right, I like it very much😍I don’t know what brand it is and where I bought it, and I want to buy one to take home hahaha😁😁😁The room I checked in did not smell of new decoration, but there was a light aromatherapy smell which was quite nice, but There is a bit of smell in the elevator, but it does not affect check-in at all. The room has an independent WiFi signal and is good. The front desk will send you a WeChat message to inform you and also send you the takeaway address (੭ •_•)📍When you check in, you will also be reminded that if there is any problem with your check-in, there will be someone on WeChat 24 hours a day. Yes, just for service, I must give full marks. In the future, when traveling to Shenzhen for business or other matters, he must be his first choice.

Hotel is nice and room is well designed. Could do better in cleanliness. Need more lights in the room. Service is friendly and seek feedback on how to improve which is very positive.

The hotel has a Japanese style decoration, and although the room is not large, the sparrow is small and has all five internal organs. The bed is soft and comfortable, and resting at night is very comfortable. The transportation is more convenient, bringing children over for fun and the sound insulation effect is good, but unfortunately, this room type cannot see the outside view.

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!
