Very well locates just in front of Windows of the World and in the vicinity of Happy Valley, the hotel deserves its good reputation. Nice amenities, very good pool, nice staff, delicious breakfast. We booked for one night only, after some not good experiences in other hotels during our trip, but we just decided to extend the stay for a third night in a row. Do we need to add more? ;)

Here again for a 2-Day Professional Development for school, local #StayCation. Can’t go wrong with Hilton. Just grabbed the twin double on special with the spa coupon and cocktails. No time for the spa, but enjoyed the Eden views. They will adjust the cocktail compensation post-check-out. Lovely wedding prep to watch! Beautiful sunset. SWCAC a 3-minute seaside walk :-)

Incredible jaw dropping outdoor heated pool and unheated children’s water playground. A private fake beach connected to a 1.4m depth pool. Perfect for my 1 and 5 yo. Not many staff speak English so unfortunately difficult to get any decent service - even from concierge for a simple restaurant recommendation was painful. Watch out for mould in the pool. Needs closer cleaning. The room is so old and tired but they try their hardest to keep it clean. Unfortunately the ventilation in the toilet was terrible and the room smelt like sewage. Loud clubbing music was playing outside the window facing the pool until at least 9pm - I fell asleep to the sound of the beat. There’s no sound insulation so not great for light sleepers - heard 5-6 other guests walking back to their rooms at night.

Awesome location, the rooms are a bit old but it's supposed to be old-school anyways and it's clean. Facilities are pretty good (breakfast/restaurant, the gym, swimming pool etc everything is really nice). Most of all the service was 10/10. I needed an international plug adapter they gave it to me for free, they allowed me to check out very late since my flight was only late afternoon, and finally after loosing my earpods in the room, I called them one day after my checkout to inquire about it, they had already found it and they arranged to ship it back to me in Shanghai.

The hotel is very nice. It is near Shenzhen University and the view is also good. The landscape of Futian District is very intuitive and you can see the Window of the world and Ping An Building. The swimming pool of the hotel is also very good, and the infinity pool is also nice to take photos of. And Monica called to ask about the room. It was a great experience.

My family and I recently stayed at Andaz Shenzhen Bay Hotel for one night, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we've had with our two young daughters. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service provided by the staff. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very well-maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed with stunning views of the city skyline. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar and the personalized welcome note from the hotel manager. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's fantastic amenities. We spent several hours at the hot spa jacuzzi. In addition to the amenities, we also appreciated the hotel's convenient location. It's located in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. We were able to easily explore the area, and the hotel staff provided us with excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities. It's really nice, the room is bright and spacious, like a paradise. The service is very good. After turning on Do Not Disturb, there will be no rude ringing or knocking on the door. The turndown was amazing, with Guangzhou-style sugar water. I lost something, and the hotel took the initiative to search for it. Finally I found it. Thank you for your hard work. Will return to the hotel where I stayed.

This is a great hotel situated at a beautiful area in the NanShan district. I booked the corner room and the views whilst taking a bath was amazing. There is bathing salt so as to prevent my skin getting to wrinkly after half an hour of bath. The room design is so elegant I would love to stay here for a few more days. A definite return to this hotel some time soon. The breakfast was delicious, not to mention the executive lounge experience-- wide choice of alcoholic beverages, and snacks in the evening. Excellent location for talking business.

Great hotel! Check in was easy and clean spaces. The hotel room was specious and clean. Had some issues with the aircon but the hotel staff fixed it for us very promptly. Very convenient to order takeaway that gets delivered by a little robot. The location was okay, though it’s easy to take a taxi to go anywhere anyways so it didn’t matter too much.

Beautiful room with a balcony and great view of city and bay. Very clean. Lovely freestanding bathtub. Amenities good, but wish they had a nespresso or similar machine. or at least milk for in room coffee. Bed also a bit hard for my liking. Was disappointed that no food available for room service after 11pm. However, they readily brought us ice bucket & champagne flutes. Front desk very helpful and hotel very nicely decorated for holidays. Overalll a super comfortable experience. Was there for a on-site event. Very convenient and great location in Shenzhen.
