From the first moment I entered the lobby, the concierge gave me a very warm welcome, proactively greetings, asking for help, and helping with luggage. I went to the front desk to check in. Yoko at the front desk handled the check-in very professionally and gave a concise introduction and guidance to the hotel. Her colleague Sammy also enthusiastically gave me a welcome gift from the hotel. It was a surprise. I met the room specialist on the floor who was also very enthusiastic. He greeted me and showed me the location of my room. The experience from check-in to check-out was very good. Overall, it is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Nice location close to shopping possibilities, a metro station and other facilities. The view on the mountainside is great. The traffic is a bit loud but with closed windows ok. The apartment has a washing machine and a small fridge which is very convenient. Met a few bugs in the apartment but otherwise it's clean. It also has a kitchen but it's useless since the kitchen is not equipped with any cooking devices. All in all its a good apartment to an acceptable price.
