The hotel was in a acceptable waking distance for the train station. The staff was very friendly and helped us upgraded to a room with window. One improvement point is the upgraded room, the towels was so dirty, housekeeping staff should take a look first before putting it in the room…when I asked the housekeeping staff to change, they were not very willing to help maybe due to language barrier as my Mandarin was not that good and the staff seems don’t really understand Cantonese although I clearly showed her the dirty towel. Overall it was a nice stay except the above point as for the price it was reasonable and the room was quite big in comparison to other hotels I stayed in for an similar pricing.

The hotel is ok, but there is an air conditioner outside the window, the window is not tightly closed, and the air conditioner is noisy. There is a pipe inspection port in the toilet, the inspection door is not tightly covered, and the toilet door will open and close due to air pressure, which is a bit scary. It is a bit scary to go to the toilet in the middle of the night because there are pipes inside. The most annoying thing is that from 7:40 to 8:20 in the morning, the entrance and exit of the hotel parking lot will be temporarily closed and the car cannot go out. When I checked in, the hotel did not remind me of this time problem at all, and there was no reminder on the booking platform. I was told that I could not go out when I had to go to work at 8 o'clock, and there was no way to coordinate, which made me 10 minutes late for work. It was very annoying! ! People who live here should pay attention to themselves. There are three time periods a day when cars are not allowed to enter and exit, and each time lasts up to 40 minutes.

For this stay, I must give a positive review to the family room we stayed in. The room was a suite, spacious and tidy. #Location and transportation are almost 200 meters away from the Line 11 subway station. It takes about 5 subway stops and 20 minutes to go to the airport, which is very convenient. It's not far to walk to the Convention and Exhibition Center station to transfer, and it takes about half an hour to get there. #Room facilities The hotel should be renovated from another old hotel. The exterior of the building is not new, but the interior decoration is still good, fresh and elegant. The electric curtains in the room and mobile screen projection are very convenient. The family room we stayed in had a spacious suite. The children's room had bunk beds and independent air conditioning, which was very convenient. # Hygiene is clean and the cleaning lady is very enthusiastic and positive. #Breakfast The breakfast at the hotel is quite rich. I especially like the noodles. The chicken soup is very light and tasty. In addition, the variety of stir-fry dishes is different every day. We stayed for 5 days and it is difficult to find the same stir-fry dishes. I didn't have time to take pictures of the room, but it is no different from the one in the official room. Highly recommended!
