Atour Hotels in Beijing

I forgot to take photos of the hotel and the room, but I managed to snap a few exterior shots while waiting for my train. The surroundings are really quiet and peaceful, which is perfect for someone like me who dislikes noise. Most importantly, this is the cleanest hotel I've stayed at during my business trip these past few days 😂. Otherwise, I would have a terrible impression of Beijing. I previously stayed at a 1000-yuan hotel that was absolutely filthy.

Environment: It's located in a very small alley, making it difficult for cars to access. The whole place is like a traditional courtyard house, and some rooms are not in the main building. There are some cute cats in the courtyard. Cleanliness: Overall, it's okay, but not exceptionally good. Facilities: The decor is a few years old, so it's not exactly new. The restaurant is small. The 'Elegant King' room has no windows, and even the 'Deluxe King' might not have windows, which is quite a drawback. There's no mini-fridge in the room; you have to ask the front desk to store anything cold. Service: Honestly, this was the worst Atour I've ever stayed at, and I won't choose them again. The front desk staff was neither sharp nor good at explaining room details to guests. Plus, they clearly weren't paying attention to their work; once they sent laundry detergent packets instead of a laundry bag, and another time they almost delivered my takeout to the wrong room.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. The room facilities were complete and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and clean. The room also had '安心贴' (sanitary stickers) and '安心袋' (sanitary bags), which was a nice touch. The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a good experience.

I forgot to take pictures of the room, but even though I rarely write reviews, I have to give this hotel a thumbs up. First, the location is great; it's about 100 meters from Exit D of Tuanjiehu Station, making it super convenient for getting around Beijing. Second, the staff are very welcoming and politely greet everyone. Most importantly, my child left their watch at the hotel, and when I called to ask for help with mailing it, the staff were patient and enthusiastic in assisting me. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely choose this Atour again!

I chose Atour for a short layover during my international transfer, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the front desk staff even upgraded my room type and gave me complimentary breakfast. As someone who works out, I often have damp clothes after exercising, and the hotel's laundry room was a lifesaver. It had two washers and two dryers, along with laundry detergent, delicates wash, disinfectant, and even white shoe foam and tissues! After my workout in the evening, the hotel also offered late-night snacks. I had two meat buns, two siu mai, and two bowls of millet porridge – it really warmed my heart. I was on the fourth floor with a very large suitcase, and there was a spiral staircase I needed to navigate. The staff helped me with my luggage both up and down, which was incredibly touching, as I'm used to doing everything myself! As someone who frequently stays at Marriott, Atour has definitely earned a huge boost in my regard!

This time staying at Atour Hotel in Beijing Lize Financial Business District was a perfect experience! The hotel is located in a bustling area with convenient transportation. The lobby and public areas are full of artistic atmosphere. The guest rooms are simple and elegant in design. The city view outside the window can be seen at a glance, and the environment atmosphere is full. The room facilities are complete, the smart devices are easy to operate, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, Atour's second-generation memory pillows and mattresses allow people to have a good night's sleep, and there are free books to borrow, full of details. The most impressive thing is the service, from the warm reception at the front desk, proactive help with luggage, to the timely response to needs by room service, all of which make people feel very considerate. The hygiene is impeccable, every corner of the room is spotless, towels and bathtubs are clean as new, completely eliminating hygiene concerns. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this is an excellent choice and we will come again next time!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel environment is elegant, and the public areas are clean and tidy. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, the bedding is fresh and soft, and the bathroom has plenty of hot water. All the staff are very friendly and responsive to requests. It's suitable for both leisure and short trips, and I'll recommend it to my friends.

Stayed here again! Great service and a lovely environment. They even gave me a free room upgrade. The Atour bedding is incredibly comfortable; I'm seriously considering getting a set for my own home. The bathroom amenities are also fantastic – the showerhead has a really soft, dense spray and is surprisingly lightweight to hold. I'd love to have one of those at home too! I grabbed a bunch of snacks from the cleaning aunties in the hallway, and I've gotten quite familiar with the front desk staff here, haha! 🤭

The room is very clean and spacious, especially the two-meter-long bed, which is very comfortable. Their service is very commendable, the breakfast is very rich, and the free porridge in the evening is very thoughtful!

The hotel was very clean. The environment was great, and the facilities were excellent. The service was also very good. It's been a while since I stayed, so I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but I had a wonderful experience. I'll just share some scenic photos I took on the way. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!
