Amazing option in Shenzhen. Big and confortable rooms. One of the most complete Gym I visited in China. Sauna, Jacuzzi and pool (it was close during our stay). The night buffet at hotel's restaurant it is a must try (japanese, chinesa and western food, with drink included). The hotel has the best staff I faced in China. Mr. Roman at front desk, was fast, solved all our doubts and was super helpfull. Mr Forest also. Help us with luggage, taxi and courier. We will comeback for sure!!!

Breakfast choice was excellent too. Will surely come back. Although I did mention it was for my anniversary celebration, sadly nothing special was done 😞. Otherwise it was great

I communicated with her that the room booked by Ctrip had a late check-out service, but she was told that it would not be included if we did not cooperate with Ctrip. Reluctantly, the hotel was postponed until 1 pm; when the front desk learned that I was not a gold member and would not receive extra breakfast, the service was even more perfunctory and asked me to come back at 4 o'clock to ask; it really seemed like the hotel was owned by her family and was not short of money. If it weren't for the fact that orders cannot be returned after 12 o'clock, I would really want to return them directly. Of course, there were no rooms until 4 o'clock.
