Ideal location in Shenzhen to enjoy the ohbay at nite. A huge mall nearby to enjoy shopping and food. I would recommend to book hotel with break and dinner inclusive in the package as the deal is so good. Buying them at hotel would be very expensive . Bed is soft and comfortable and spacious.

There were only two 300ml bottles of water in the room. I asked the waiter to bring a few more bottles to make tea, but they actually charged 5 yuan for each bottle. Moreover, I had to scan the QR code on the spot and pay via private WeChat before the water was given! I was so shocked! There was a damp carpet smell in the room. I kept smelling it all night. I will never come back again!

We booked a couple rooms at Pagoda hotel. The room had a package of going to a mini zoo as part of the deal. It was a really cool add on experience. We will try the snow ❄️ park next time. Our room also had audio visual equipment which is the projector 📽️ and screen in the photos you see. The hotel is super clean, the staff so friendly and it’s in a convenient location. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and after dinner eats. Which were all super delicious. On top of there are so many food options around you. And you are walking distance to a mall with even more options. The 14th floor has a gym, laundry services,and 24 hour arcade plus self services nail. We are already looking to book again with them!!!

To be precise, I couldn't go home. I arrived at the hotel around 4 am. I called the front desk guy, and he was very patient at this late hour. I would like to give him a special praise. He was extremely accommodating to my various questions and upgraded the service. The room was still as good as before. There was a lot of space. I gave him a thumbs up. The layout was also reasonable. The only drawback was that the floor and related details were still a bit old.

住了兩晚，第二天白天出去玩，回來發現有人進房間搞過衞生，床頭桌上還發現有煙灰，換了牙刷用品，但是紙巾又沒有補足，一點點紙巾不夠用。訂房特別要求是無煙房，但是安排的房間還是抽過煙的房間，空氣凈化器質量一般，可能也沒什麼凈化效果，而且裏面很多灰。早餐小票上訊息也與實際不一致，如早餐時間寫着到10點，實際到9:30就結束了，早餐地點寫着2樓西餐廳，實際是在5樓，訊息不符也沒有人提醒。總體衞生管理比較一般，前台服務水平比較一般，早餐區的阿姨還是挺熱情的。

The room facilities are excellent, higher than the level of a budget hotel, and the comfort level is high. The style of the front desk does not match the room. The front desk staff lacks training and is not as good as the service level of budget hotel chains. It was around 20 degrees Celsius at noon and I had to wear short sleeves. It was sweltering in the room and I turned on the air conditioner but it could only blow the heater. I contacted the waiter and asked to turn off the heater but was told that the staff was off work and no one was there to deal with it, so I could only turn off the room air conditioner.

The hotel is very new, the room is big and comfortable, and fairly clean. I arrived at noon on Saturday and was able to check in early, which was great. Just don't open the window, otherwise mosquitoes will fly into the room. The front desk responded quickly and handled the room well when there were problems. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and you can upgrade the black coffee to latte for an additional 5 yuan.

PERFECT Absolutely will recommend this ATour hotel, worth every penny. Location is perfect, just go to fanshen station and walk to exit C. On the exit C, there are already restaurants, super complete mini market, hair salon, and old Rainbow mall across the street. Just go left and walk about 2 minutes, the hotel is there. Room is spacious, clean, and free mini bar (Water, Coffee, Tea, Tea bottle, Coke, and Cookies). The breakfast is delicious, the restaurant is on the same floor with mini gym and laundry. Btw the laundry is so fast, just drop your laundry and they will return it to your room once it is finished. A bar is also located in front of the hotel.

It takes about 10-15min for me and my family to get there on foot. The location is good especially you are surrounded by nice food! There's a night food street a few minutes walk away from the hotel to satisfy our cravings for Chinese food which starts at 4pm and ends at 11pm. The staffs in the hotel are very nice and approachable. We got a day of free breakfast instead of the welcome drink stated on the booking site. I like how the room is designed, simple, clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the welcome card and drinks prepared by the cleaning staff, she cleaned the room everyday for the room that I stayed. The staff also react quick in changing the room that we stayed as there's cigarette smell in the room due to faulty in the ventilation. The plus point of the room is we don't need the adapter for the plug, there's USB port in the room! Eventhough the hotel is beside the road, but it's very quiet. Overall, the stay in the hotel is superb and I would love to stay in this hotel again the next time!

1. I had a good experience staying here for these two days and it was very comfortable. Needless to say, cleanliness and tidiness are the basic requirements for accommodation. A certain germophobe was very satisfied and received full marks 💯 2. The house has everything you need, the service facilities and equipment are complete🌹, and you can also make swich. There are many thoughtful tips everywhere, which are very heart-warming😍 3. The location of the house is great, with Bao Ti across the road. And right downstairs is the subway station, which can be reached by elevator, making it very convenient to go anywhere. 4. I initially chose this B&B because I like cats. After moving in, I found that I loved every aspect😝😝😝! 5. My uncle and aunt are also very nice people, very enthusiastic and friendly. They even gave me directions before I left to catch the high-speed train. They were worried that I would not be able to catch the train😭😭😭 If it weren't for the rush, I would have stayed a few more days! ! ) Also: the bed is so soft! Really good sleep! The curtains are very good at blocking out light! If the alarm clock hadn’t gone off, I wouldn’t have known it was dawn😆
