有史以來最差的酒店 全是蟲子 發現兩衹臭大姐 一衹大螞蟻還有蒼蠅 牙刷也像別人用過二次回收的 去動物園玩的朋友們 千萬不要住 窗户很小 有異味

身為一個酒店人，真的不能接受，和前台説做兩張卡，前台説房卡衹給做一張多了沒有就一張；要枕頭給小孩枕，前台説沒有，衹有房間裏有的，多餘的沒有，一個房間就衹有房間內的枕頭；説給送瓶礦泉水給孩子沖奶粉，前台説沒有，讓我拿水杯去樓下飲水機自己打水；和前台説需要多給一雙拖鞋和牙刷給小朋友用，前台非常不情願的給了一個，這是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一，收費並不便宜，沒有提供任何服務，唯一提供的服務就是辦理了入住，後續問題毫無服務，甚至可以説不僅沒有服務，還不近人情，一進到前台沒人問好，兩個大姐躺沙發上玩手機，站在前台要辦理入住時才放下手機，我在提出要一瓶水的時候坐在沙發上的阿姨非常不滿意且不友好的態度嘲諷我捨不得花一瓶礦泉水的錢，沒有之一，特別差，給石家莊這個國際莊的名號畫上了濃重的叉號，唯一一個這輩子不會再去第二次的城市

離動物園路不遠的路上看到的，位置挺顯眼，店面很好找，停車場挺大，店裡服務員熱情，房間衞生乾淨而且安靜，價格合適，性價比超高，值得推薦！😍 😍 😍
