A very well kept facility with friendly, helpful staff. If you’re not comfortable with heights, don’t stay here. Even if you aren’t, consider it. I would recommend the executive suite with the 180 degree window coverage; a beautiful view to wake up to~

When I booked this hotel, I just felt familiar with it. I didn't expect that the two places we were going to were next to the hotel, just across the street. The room was clean and tidy with complete supporting facilities. The hotel lobby was on the 31st floor and you had to take two elevators. But it was very quiet at high altitude. The concierge service was excellent. They helped to store luggage and it was very convenient to call a taxi. Not expensive but just average, not as good as a four-star hotel in northern Jiangsu. Changing the elevator is troublesome, and there is a smell of food every time you arrive at the lobby. The room is nothing amazing, the view is mediocre and there is no skyline, the water quality and air quality are poor. The front desk service is average, but the doorman is not bad.
