The location was very good away from city hustle bustle. The staff was very good and humble. Specially Meena and Priya in the restaurant both were very caring. The rooms were neat and clean. Ample parking space.welcomed with tasty kadha which was very healthy

Room was specious clean and well maintained . Food was also very good services could be better if you with kids because they don't wait for long time. Staff was very nice, Anu thakur gave us the Best deal as we walk in into the hotel so special thanks to her. Overall great time Thanks To all piyush , vipasha,nirmal,sagar....

Excellent service and cooperative staff. Both Priya, Meena, Harsh, Surjan, Bhupinder, Akash Cheff were well behaved and courteous staff. Food is very tasty and nice ambience. Rooms are clean and tidy. Location very near to Mall Road and adjacent to highway

Good food and hospitality. Staff is very cooperative. Chef Aakash treat us in a very good manner . Hotel surroundings are awesome and they makes us feel comfortable. Ambience is good. Respond immediately on queries and provide you instant requirement as per our need.

The hotel has a beautiful old world charm. The stellar team of both Priya’s, Meena, Chef Akash and Chef Madan make the experience even more beautiful. The hotel manager - Ramesh ji ensured we were comfortable in our room with regular check ins. Our time at LaRiSa will surely be cherished and we can’t wait to come back!

It's a hotel and not a resort, as the name incorrectly suggests. So they have paucity of place no actual rooftop no valley view from the valley view rooms. The hotel is really poor in terms of service at the restaurant. Both at breakfast as well as dinner time. I won't be staying with them again as their are many better places in shimla.
