We had an amazing stay, the views of the valley from the room are spectacular. Recommended stay for nature lovers. The service provided by the hotel staff really stands out, special shout out to Pooja - she was very friendly and really took good care of my 8 year old daughter. Vaishali and Ananya also stood out for the service provided by them. Hotel bathroom amenities available in the room felt quite limited for a hotel of this category, though they do provide the required amenities on request. Rest assured you should have a great stay.

The staff is awesome and the stay was great. We were here for a business review. Simran and Jitender Thakur from F&B were great and will definitely recommend a hike. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for personal or business stays. Even the food served was awesome.

Wonderful experience here during two days stay of business meetings and would like to come again with family soon , great service rendered by F&B staff ( Simran ) she is always prompt for any help during our food time in dining . Ashim was always there for any help item during meeting in CR.

Rooms are huge and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the scenery is breathtaking so I appreciate the location of the resort.The staff is very friendly and polite especially simran, jitender and ananya. The food was decent enough

The resort is excellent. View superb. Breakfast and dinner was tasty and good choices. Room decor was very unique and cozy. Clean, well laid out. But the most memorable was the warm welcome by all staff. Special praise for Anannya and Pooja. They welcome us warmly after our long road trip. Explained the resorts layout, helpful in giving us the tourist destination for our visit. Kudos to Pooja and Anannya.

Great stay !! Superb view !!! Location is soo good if you want to stay away from the crowd then it’s a perfect place to stay. Staff was so polite specially *simran* she looked after us soo well while we dined in the restaurant. I would love to visit here again and recommend everyone to visit this place atleast once !!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at here and it exceeded all my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest. The best part was the greeting of mine daughter and song played at reception…. Its was memorable moment ever . I would like to thank Ms Simran Chauhan…. Who made our day and breakfast exceptional…. Want to come again and again … whenever I plan for Shimla …. ❤️❤️
