My stay at harsha the fern hotel was average to above average. The location, infrastructure, rooms, cleanliness and ambience were all really good. Swimming pool is very aptly located to give you a superb view of the mountains. Food is also really good. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the services. The staff keeps on delaying your requests all the time.

Not a great experience. Had to call 15 times for a cup of coffee. The room service was bad and i had to fend for myself even with carrying of luggage to my car. No help around.

This was our second time stay at harsha the fern. Considering our first time woo w kind experience, we booked again. But this time it was an absolutely bad experience. The toilets were stinking. Room service was pathetic, seems no one was there to take care of services. Not going to book again. Will look forward alternative option.
