The environment is comfortable, hygienic and clean. Hot springs have been prepared before check-in, and the bath supplies are great. However, since the system has to go up a slope, it is recommended to make a reservation for hotel pick-up.

The room is clean, tidy and quite comfortable. The nice thing is that the refrigerator has free drinks. It takes care of the need to replenish a lot of water after soaking in the hot springs☺️ The disadvantage is that there is no catering provided when booking the hotel. You can only join when you can't arrive at the hotel😒 Being unfamiliar with our life, we looked around for other restaurants, and most of the nearby restaurants were fully booked😕

At first we were hesitant about the quality of the hotel because there were not many reviews on trip.com. Later, we decided to stay at this hotel after seeing many good reviews on Google and Japan Hotel Reservation Network. The staff are very kind and friendly, the room is comfortable and there is a private bath. Because we checked in on Christmas Day, the hotel also arranged a bingo game, and every participating guest also received a gift, which was very happy! We chose a room with two meals, and they also got a big chicken spleen for Christmas, which was very filling and satisfying! ! A very unforgettable experience. The room is as good as the picture. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Shirahama! The quality of one stay and two meals is also very high! The bear bison and abalone are really delicious.

Location: The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the bus station Jiangjinliang, but there is an uphill road, which is quite tiring. However, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off at Shirahama Station, which needs to be booked in advance. Food: Traditional Japanese meals are served in the morning and evening. Those who like raw and cold food will definitely like it. If you don’t like seafood, it is recommended not to include meals. The hotel refrigerator drinks are free to drink, and small snacks, milk and ice cream are also provided 24 hours a day. Service: Very polite and courteous, the waiter will take the initiative to say hello when they meet daily. Hygiene: The room is very new and the hygiene is very good. Hot spring: There is no large bath, all are private baths. You can see the sea, but it is far away. If you come to Shirahama again, I will choose it again.
