衞生：到樓層，一股黴味撲鼻而來；到房間，櫃子上殘留了上個客人使用過棉簽，馬桶圈尿漬明顯，馬桶裏黃色的水（可能是使用過沒沖洗）
服務：從進大堂開始預訂房間時前台就冷冰冰還翻白眼！明明前一刻還在對另一個人笑的花枝亂顫，處理完上一個人到我們這直接變臉！我欠你錢了？？？？
設施：空調製冷調了最低，室內温度從25度到27度，夜裡熱醒！打電話前台解決，前台告知會讓工程上來看，順便給我們一台風扇，結果人來了風扇一扔就走了！我説不解決空調問題嗎？告知沒有人跟他説要修空調！不糾結，那你走吧！後又再次來敲門説來看一下，結果對着控制面板調了個温度讓觀察一下，我是不會調温度嗎？？？
價格在這我也沒有高要求能住很好的酒店，但最基礎的衞生乾淨度和最基礎的設施硬件你要給到客人吧？？？？？？下鄉的招待所都沒這麼垃圾！總體非常差勁！
