2.สระว่ายน้ำและฟิตเนตไม่มีพนักงานคอยดูแล ไม่มีผ้าเช็คตัวสำหรับสระน้ำเตรียมไว้ให้ ต้องโทรลงไปขอที่ฝ่ายต้อนรับ บอกปกติไม่ค่อยมีคนไปใช้ (ก็เลยไม่ต้องเตรียมสินะ)
3.อาหารเช้าคุณภาพแย่มาก ทั้งเรื่องคุณภาพวัตถุดิบ เรื่องรสชาด และเรื่องการบริการ มีพนักงานคืนเดียวที่คอยดูไลน์อาหาร และเก็บโต๊ะ แทบจะทำทุกอย่างเลย ทางโรงแรมไม่ใช่ใจเรื่องการบริการ อาหารทีให้เลือกทานน้อยมาก
สรุป จ่ายค่าห้องไปประมาณ 2,100 ห้องพอใช้ได้ มีอ่างอาบน้ำ แต่ไม่มีแปรงสีฟันให้ การจัดเตรีมผ้าเช็คหน้าเป็นการแขวนไว้ที่ราวตากผ้าให้ แทนที่จะพับไว้ให้เรียบร้อย อุปกรณ์จับฝักบัวไม่ค่อยสมบูรณ์ ต้องคอยจับให้อยู่ในจุดที่ต้องการบ่อยในการใช้งานไม่สะดวก ที่นี่เน้นบริการชาวญี่ปุ่น โทรทัศน์เน้นรายการญี่ปุ่น ไม่ค่อยมีอะไรให้ดู ยังเป็นโทรทัศน์รุ่นเก่า ไม่ใช่สมาร์ททีวี โดยรวมไม่สมราคาครับ คงไปแค่ครั้งนี้ครั้งเดียว
