I booked this apartment for the night. When I arrived the lady was absolutely drunk out of her head, very rude and unprofessional sat on a table getting drunk with loads of men being very loud having a party outside customers rooms.. when they took us up to the room it was an absolute hell hole. There were cockroaches running around . None of the lights worked in the apartment it was nothing like what was advertised the pool that was advertised was a black disgusting mess. It looked like a sewage pool. On the advert it looked lovely which was one of the reasons we booked but I was absolutely revolting. We refused to stay in this disgusting hell hole. Asked for a refund and they refused. We slept in our van outside the building. Baring all this in Mind Even trip.com refused to give us our money back. What an unprofessional company. Be ware. Do not use!!!!! C

The room was very shabby. The bathroom door fell down and was not repaired. The towel rack and shower gel box in the bathroom fell off. The wall and corners beside the bed and refrigerator were covered with dust. The balcony was covered with fallen leaves. The cups of the previous guests were still in the room. The beds were shabby, one was long and the other was short. What's more annoying is that we booked three one-bedroom apartments with kitchens, but we were only given one one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, one without a kitchenette, and one with a bathroom of only seven or eight square meters. Ctrip customer service contacted them, but they hung up the phone many times and ignored us with a very bad attitude.

Harika bir apart hous ben Malatya liyim ama Avrupa ülkesinde iş yapiyom buraya 1 gece olarak geldim daha sonra 2 gün daha kadim bugün itibariyle 10 gün daha uzattım BÜLENT bey gerçekten çok iyi ve alakalı hele havuz başında rakı içerken onun muhabbet etmesi çok iyi kendisine teşekkür ediyorum eğer sideye yolunuz düşerse mutlaka kalinmssi gereken tereddüt etmeden gelin herkese iyi akşamlar

Çok ferah bi apart. Herkes güler yüzlü neşeli bir ortamdı. Sideye ve bir çok yere yürüme mesafesi olduğu için avantajlı. Özellikle mutfaklı oda istedik ve eksiksiz bütün malzemeler temiz olarak mevcuttu. Mutfak, çarşaflar, tuvalet ne olursa olsun her şey çok temizdi. Ekstra bir ihtiyaç olunca sizinle ilgileniyorlar. Geniş, rahat, huzurlu zaman geçirdik. Asla önyargılı olmayın derim gördüğüm kadarıyla her şey fotoğraflarla aynıydı mutlaka tecrübe edilmeli. Ayrıca Hülya hanıma çok teşekkür ederim bizi çok güzel karşıladı ve ilgilendi. Bundan sonra sadece burayı tercih edeceğim. Mutlaka çevreme de tavsiye edeceğim bir yer. Her şey mükemmeldi.

The room was big and had comfortable beds. Our room also had a kitchen with a fridge. Stayed here for 10 days. The room was very clean when we arrived. Calm and nice pool area and the staff is very friendly. Many nice restaurants in the neighborhood. I can recommend this hotel.
