The staff were friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our room, best one yet on our trip! We also enjoyed the pool, it was great to cool off after a long and hot day site-seeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if we're ever in Siem Reap again we will want to stay here.

Good central location, walking distance to pub street. Staff all charming and always willing to help. Downsides: pool area tired and poorly laid out, mosquitoes, tours and restaurant massivley over priced, if these were priced more sensibly people would use them. Would definitley return and recommend, a few tweaks would make it perfect.

Nice pool and very friendly service. Quite noisy due to party street close by and thin windows.

Great location, but can be noisey from other hotels, playing music, but not a big problem. Spacious rooms, big shower area, nice pool, very tranquil and interesting layout. Great place to relax. Only downside rubbish TV sat reception but good wireless connection for laptop or phone. Great Staff . .

The location of the hotel is average, but the environment is really bad! There was no air conditioning as soon as I entered the room. I felt a little chilly after it was turned on for an hour. There was a strong smell of urine in the toilet, as if it had not been cleaned. The scariest thing is the power outages several times a night! Small hotel near West Street and Siem Reap center. Very convenient to travel. Extremely lovely and clean. The staff is always welcoming, asking questions, and helping guests. Really satisfied staying here! (Ks cleans the room twice a day, comes home from going out at night and sees that Ks has rearranged the bed again, so cute)
