Staff are always smiling. The hotel is beautiful. However I hope they maintain it properly. The heater in the bathroom is not working. And we had to shower for 3 days with cold water. Also, the water that comes with the room is also in a glass jar since they are promoting eco friendly hotel.
The staff deserves a commendation though as they were always helpful. Breakfast is good too.

The service at this hotel was, all in all, excellent. The staff (with the minor exception of the young, night shift receptionists) was super helpful and kind. And the complimentary breakfast was also excellent. These were huge plusses. But small (some really tiny) cockroaches were lurking in the bathroom on all nights of my stay, which i did not mind as much as the sunrise watching ***** who slammed the door at exiting at 5am... Perhaps better soundproofing possible?

You can tell that this hotel has been in operation for quite some time, but its design and decoration remain beautiful. It has a beautiful swimming pool, a simple gym, and a breakfast restaurant that seems to be decorated like a star hotel. The only downside is that the TV in my room automatically turns off after a short while, and the hot water in the bathroom is a little bit cold, but the above two points are not enough to outweigh the advantages, plus I was in a hurry so I didn't respond immediately. The hotel reception staff was especially kind and friendly. The hospitality will add many points to the beauty of Siem Reap, just like the name of its hotel.
In addition, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the bustling night market area of Siem Reap by TukTuk, which costs about US$1. This can save you the energy you would have spent at Angkor Wat.

I went on a trip with my family. The location is relatively convenient, as it is a short tuk-tuk ride from central areas such as Pub Street. The facilities are not the latest, but the room was well-cleaned and was sufficient for me. All the basic amenities are provided, including slippers and a hairdryer. The breakfast is plentiful, with salads, fruit, egg dishes and more. The staff were all smiling and friendly.

Nice Hotel, building work going on at present which was not mentioned when booking. A bit of noise around the pool during the day but otherwise OK in the room we were in on 5th floor.
Breakfast was really good and staff in the hotel really helpful and pleasant.
Pool area is nice and food served very good.
