The location is not far from Piazza del Campo, it can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. I stayed for one night and it was clean and tidy. If you don't have dinner at the restaurant, there is a place nearby that makes very good pizza. It would only be better if there were slippers in the room.

The ceiling was fallen down and it was luckily we were not injured!

Perfect facilities, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Good location.

I booked a room for myself for just one night having to pay a visit to the nearby hospital, just 300 meters away... Double bed, very clean, warm room with free wifi and TV... I had dinner in the evening in the excellent hotel restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful and the room is also beautiful, very close to the Le Scotte hospital!

My partner and I had a really great time. The staff was really super nice. The room was spotless.

Stupendous

In just a few minutes, as soon as he drifted off to sleep, the bed became infested with dozens of bedbugs that literally devoured my husband while I was fortunately in the bathroom. He suffered from dozens of extremely painful bites that required corticosteroid treatment. We demanded to be transferred to another hotel in the middle of the night.

Cozy hotel, very clean, large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, excellent and very complete breakfast, large parking, the reception was great speaking in several languages, good location, I highly recommend and will return for sure

The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The dinner is decent offering a satisfying variety. The hotel offers a pleasant stay at a reasonable price. Overall a recommended choice.

one of the worst experiences i have ever had. Very low water pressure, rooms are not clean, this place is not worth your money, don't make my mistake. reception people don't take my complain serious, the owner disrespect my complain, more over they admit that they had a problem and don't want to refund me, they stole my money.

Lovely modern hotel on the outskirts of Sienna . The restaurant and food service were good and the whole place was clean and fresh .Local buses stop right outside the hotel too .Ample parking too .Many thanks to all the hard working staff who made our three night stay a pleasure .

Had a amazing stay at this hotel, arrived and our rooms were ready. Spacious rooms, daily cleaned, was very happy with service provided. Helpful reception staff. When we had to travel back early morning kept our breakfast handy. Leave the landscapes around the hotel. Quiet and peaceful..
