Our stay at Star Bay Hotel was truly memorable. We were in room on one of the top floors, and the view over the city was absolutely stunning. The room was spotless, and every staff member we encountered was welcoming and kind.
We want to give a special thanks to staff, who went far beyond any expectations. Theirs warmth and generosity were remarkable, making our stay feel genuinely special.

I've stayed here for a while. The Studio room was good - clean and spacious. Toiletries and towels provided. The rooms are bright though and feel new; there are also quite spacious balcony. The air-conditioning was also very good. I liked the location as well, near the beach - the hotel is located just near U Mall of Sihanoukville. There's a nicely equipped kitchen, with an induction stove, kettle and fridge, cutlery and coockery. Also, if one's looking for a place to stay longer, it might not be the right place. I was looking for tranquility, that was perfect. Card payments available with a cash machine just around the corner.

Place might deserve 5* and owner really takes care and is honest person, shampoo, shower gel, sugars /coffee all provided.
Tv and washing machine in room is a must.
All I can say I'd highly recommended this place to anyone visiting shianoukville.
