7.6.網上預訂豪華大床房一間，卻被安排入住與圖片明顯不符的房間，與前台商量後換房。房間還算滿意，電視機卻不能正常收看，後經相關人士查看後仍不能收看，前台意見：換回之前的房，或者維持現狀。其間態度相當＂生硬＂，我再三要求換電視，最後，勉強換了一台電視機，但看了一個小時，又不能收看…徹底失望。灑店這麼小的事情不能解決不説，相關人員的態度還真是不敢恭維，衹有門口保安感覺比較親切。
