The rooms were dirty and the bed sheets had stains. Poor hygiene: the room smelt of raw sewage and the toilet didn't work. Unprofessional staff: the staff were terrible and indifferent. No hot water: there was no hot water and the bath taps fell off. Threatening owner: the owner threatened to take money from accounts if a bad review was written. Poorly managed: the hotel was extremely dirty and poorly managed. Inconvenient: the hotel was inconvenient

Booked an executive room. Just near the door water was leaking from ceiling. When entered found the room dirty. Ac was on and smelling of cigarrette. Toilet pot was dirty. It waa not flushed after use.

Property location and ambience was good. But some issues are there with housekeeping. There were no towels initially, neither hand towels nor bath towels. After bringing this into their notice, they had provided this. And there was faulty drainage system in the wet zone, with ankle deep water accumulation after taking bath. We had to call housekeeping to fix this

Room was of very low quality. Wall paint was falling. Staff was not supportive. There is no water tap in bathing area. Only shower was there. They give separate beds for family with a toddlers even after request. They are inhuman. Food was also not fresh.

Nice, relaxing stay. Breakfast buffet has been upgraded, good job. Pool is the best part of the stay.

The hotel room was good. Hospitality was good in the hotel. But my mom and my 5 year old son had got health issues after having the breakfast buffet. Both of them had the same symptoms. So definitely some issues with the food.
