Very poor service response. Cloth hankers were not provided for more than a hour. Tv recharged after 1 hour. Water particles dropping from the ac on the bed and i couldn't sleep properly. Mirror not available in the bathroom. Hot water not coming in the bathroom and then they provided a immersion water heater. Very bad experience. I switched off the ac.

Poorly maintained hotel. Poor room service. Average food. Cold shoulder reception staff. Gopd location. Overall ok for a night in emergency but avoidable for its dirty linen.

Under renovation so not properly well developed room. No lift and around area is not well hygienic. Good location.

At7:30 pm hot water was not coming. Said to me that it will come in morning at 4:00am. At 6:30 when i asked for same, i got reply it was coming after 3-4 conversation i got message that hot water not coming. Fortunately i have given heater to do hot water. I never suggest even any enemy to stay there. No drinking water given to room.
