The room we had was simply incredible! Probably best weve stayed in (Spa Lake suite). Set over 3 floors and each accessed via a spiral staircase. You enter the room at the top level, with the bedroom below and a jacuzzi and sauna at the bottom! Also 3 bathrooms and 3 showers. Quite incredible. The rest of the hotel was lovely. It is located at the top of the hill above the town, so not really walking distance into town. Nearby is the fantastic cable car and a Taverna and restaraunt. Both lovely. Staff helpful and the whole stay was faultless. If booking this room and you have mobility issues the Spa Lake suite is not for you as its quite a climb from the bottom floor to top of the apartment. Wow, what a place!!!

This place used to be amazing with a great restaurant, we have stayed many times in the past years! Now it is just terrible! Rooms run down with carpet stains, NO room service to clean and bring new towels, nothing! No hello when you come back from hiking, no guest attitude, nothing left. Restaurant has been removed, there is a small dining room left with a joke for breakfast. Do NOT bother to come here anymore. The lounge has been "redesigned" with a bar where is just nobody there behind the bar all day long. It is such a pity, but this happens when you have new owners that don't care anymore.

Maravilloso hotelito en las montañas, excelente relación calidad/precio, habitaciones con encanto, lo único que le falla es el desayuno que es muy escaso pero es algo normal en los hoteles con este rango de precios. La zona tiene mucho encanto situada en plena naturaleza.

De prime abord le séjour promettait d'être excellent dans le 1er 4 étoiles de Sinaia. Mais le rapport prix/prestations est très défavorable. Parking minuscule, insonorisation des chambres très faible. Douche italienne dans la salle de bains...ratée, ça inonde toute la salle de bains. Service au restaurant déplorable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à ce tarif là

Um bom hotel mas que, entretanto, não faz jus à classificação 5 estrelas. - fica longe do centro (deve-se ir de carro necessariamente); - não tem estacionamento coberto; - na hora de partir, a pessoa responsável pelo check out não tinha chegado ainda, às 08h da manhã; - por fim, o atendimento deixou a desejar. Um exemplo: nossas luzes e tomadas de cabeceira não estavam funcionando. Havia um fio por todo o quarto de casal que terminava com as tomadas múltiplas colocadas no chão, apenas de um dos lados da cama, para que pudéssemos carregar os eletrônicos. Fomos falar na recepção se poderiam arrumar isso melhor, já que queríamos luzes de cabeceira também. Fizeram cara de surpresa, disseram que iam ver e não fizeram nada nem nos deram um retorno.

Awesome hotel, the staff were extremely nice and the service was awesome. The atmosphere was incredible and the rooms were extremely clean and nice. The staff helped for any requests and overall, it was a very good hotel.
