Booked a room for birthday celebration and finally got to experience the renowned service by the ladies in red! The attention to details was phenomenal.
Room was decently sized and clean. However, we encountered some issues in the room. All of the phones were not working and the main door handle broke. Thankfully, these issues were promptly looked into by the maintenance team and it was resolved within 2hrs. TV has a good number of cable channels and some Chromecast or screen mirroring features, but not all of them are functioning properly.
Overall, we had a good rest and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return again. Kudos to the crew!

The hotel looks very beautiful, the service is very warm, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel has no security. I don't know if it is only on the 4th floor. You don't need to swipe your card to enter the hotel lobby. You can go to the 4th floor directly through the Yanhui Hall to the room. People can enter at will. The room is a connecting room. There is a door in the room connected to the door of the next room. Although the hotel is locked, it is still safe since it can be opened. It seriously affects my stay experience. I am alone with my baby, and two girls dare not sleep at night. The room type was not specified as a connecting room when I booked it. There is a certain deception! If it is a connecting room, I will not book it!

It was my wedding anniversary and i think the team provided a last minute effort in decorating the room and also gave us an anniversary cake. The room facilities were perfect, and so was the buffet breakfast. Highly recommended!!
