It is near bus stop and the cleanness is fine. But there are many club nearby so crowded at night.

It's OK. Everyone is quiet. I don't know why they suddenly get up in the middle of the night and then suddenly become quiet again. It's expected. The overall hygiene is sloppy. The staff doesn't speak Chinese and can only use tools to get it done. It's very close to the attractions.

One of the worst places I've ever stayed. Located in the red light district of Singapore, surrounded by alcoholics and ******. The sheets were full of stains, and the place smelled damp and like insect poison. Don't go there!!! The reviews are a fabrication.
