I understand why everyone calls it Marina Bay Sands. The pool is famous, but the luxurious rooms, amenities, and service are the best.

Receptionist Aria gave us a warm welcome which really refreshed us after a long flight. She is so kind, considerate and sweat which makes MBS a must-try hotel in Singapore. Icon building in Marina Bay area. Usually long queue for breakfast though especially if you get up late but food is fantastic.

It was the worst.
This is not a hotel where you can stay for 100,000 yen without meals.
When I checked in, I was informed that there may be noise due to construction work, but
It was so noisy that it sounded like the room next door was drilling holes until about 5pm at night and from 9am. This is not a room that you can charge money for. If the noise is so bad, you should be shown to another tower. This is unthinkable in Japan. It should be a full refund.
Instead of "There may be noise," they should advertise it as "This is a room where the noise is so loud you can cover your ears."
If anything, they should post such an explanation on the reservation site when making a reservation!!
For such a large hotel, there were no Japanese staff and the service was worse than that of a business hotel. I was looking forward to breakfast, but it was so bad that I didn't want to waste money, so I checked out immediately.
What's the point of construction starting earlier than check-out? I wondered.
Please try paying 100,000 yen yourself to stay at the hotel, including the manager and staff.
