The hotel facilities are quite high-end. There is a subway station and a shopping mall next to the hotel, which is very convenient in all aspects. The breakfast is rich, but I didn’t eat enough. From some angles, you can see the Sands Hotel and the Ferris wheel.

Is a birthday celebration for my little boy and Pan Pacific have made the effort to decorate the room with balloons and also gifted him a birthday cake. Very thankful towards the nice gesture. The kids enjoyed the pool and the free popcorn and candy floss. The staff are very nice and helpful too. One downside is the toilet and the furnishings looks old and rundown. The rest are all good.

All hotels in Singapore will remind you how to connect to WI-FI during check-in, but the staff at this hotel did not remind me. When I queued up for check-out, I saw the staff smiling at the white family in front of me. When it was my turn, I lowered my face and looked impatient. Offensive tone... I had to leave a negative review like this twice. If you don’t want to say you have a nice day, you don’t have to say that no one will force you. I also don’t want to hear impatient and false wishes in the morning. It’s bad luck.
