Fragrance Hotel - Oasis

Check-out was at 12pm. I was an hour late because I went out to buy something. I was asked to pay an additional $50 SGD. I was not told in advance when I checked in. I was very disappointed.

The room is actually smaller than in the photo. I was able to take a photo of it only through the mirror. It is very, very uncomfortable for two people! There is no rug in the bathroom, so there is always a puddle, and all this water rushes into the room! You can slip! The nearest laundry is 20 minutes away from the hotel, and in the room, things do not dry at all. Even underwear! I asked them to provide a drying room, they refused. This is a mockery: to walk somewhere for 20 minutes to dry small things! If you provide rooms of this type - without windows, then there should be a drying room! When I checked in, the whole mall was in black hair, and in the photo you can see that it is definitely not my hair)), towels need to be replaced. Pros: the metro is 10-15 minutes away, good water pressure, and the water is hot, good lighting, there is a light by the mirror, water, tea, toothbrushes are renewed every day. But I would prefer dry linen...the towels don’t dry overnight, and in the morning you have to wipe yourself wet. The puddle on the bathroom floor doesn't dry up overnight either! It's okay. The air conditioner is a bit cold. The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic.

The room is very cozy, and you can watch TV when you don't go out at night. It happened to be my birthday, and I received a birthday gift with the hotel logo. The staff is very friendly and the service is thoughtful.
