Was grab the hotel during promotion period! Very convenient location,although not very new, but clean and has huge space.very old school feeling , but feels very special. Bath tub is a nice and comfortable.

Room is big but the hotel us quite old. Staff is not that friendly and accommodating. Manager bordering to nonchalant and doesnt really care much about the guest.

It is a very cost-effective hotel in Singapore. The transportation location is super convenient. The room is big and check-in is quick. It is right next to the famous snack spot. I will choose it again next time I go to Singapore.

We came here november 12 with my husband and our first tike to travel in singapore and we choose this hotel because some of my friends told me to book this hotel because in front only the bus station and the mrt not too far .The price is not that expensive and it's ok ...A lot of filipino stayed here in hotel and i would like to thanks to staff jevania who assist on us in the hotel reception and the staff also who cleaned in our room number 828 .This hotel is kind of old but comfortable and the service is good.Thank you we definately be back💕🫶🙏🇸🇬

2nd time being here after fews years back .. Everything’s fine even the room temperature was just a perfect ..
cleanliness wise there’s no issues still well maintain except our room toilet was no spray bidet where it’s used to have back than .. I guess it changed ..
Other than that it’s good ..

I had a very bad experience staying here for the past few trips. I’m a frequent visitor this hotel. The hotel really have to do something because they’re charges doesn’t leave with the Service they give. The Wi-Fi system is so so so bad then the TV cannot connect to anything not Netflix not YouTube any cannot even accept mirroring from my handphone. I stayed there for four days three nights and I actually have to use my handphone to watch movies despite paying them so much manager was good. She told me she’ll get me changed the room this the next day, the second day and she told me that she’s not working so she said the person who actually called me and arrange room change. Unfortunately nobody did anything I was just waiting. Nobody did My stay at Royal super superb. I don’t think I’m going to recommend this to anybody I’ve been to this hotel for the past four years plus it used to be nice, but now no longer clean the attitude of the room Service staff they just bump into the room, even without asking whether we need room service and me and my husband was like lying on the bed. Such a bad attitude
