Amazing stay throughout! The staff were all polite and helpful at all times, the stay was also comfortable. Hope to be back again in the near future! 😄

The room layout is reasonable, the breakfast variety is not much but at least there is free fruit coffee. The tableware and kitchenware are in place, and the daily cleaning is good. I hope that when renewing the lease again, there will be no mandatory minimum of 6 days.

Facilities: There is a living room and dining room in the room. The refrigerator and tableware are all available. The bed and quilt in the room are super comfortable. There is also a washing and drying machine, which is very convenient for travel. There is a breakfast area, swimming pool and gym on the second floor of the hotel. There is a public living room on the 11th floor with massage chairs and a billiards table. Cleanliness: The rooms and public areas are very clean, and even the mysophobic teammates are impeccable. Environment: It is near the Somerset MRT, and there are also bus stops nearby, which can lead directly to Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay. There is 313 downstairs, where you can go shopping and eat, which is very convenient. Service: The service is great. There are not many choices for breakfast but the quality is good. Apart from the price being a bit expensive, nothing else can be faulted.

Good location, Clean, Great Breakfast Service, Big & Spacious rooms equipped with a big refrigerator and freezer plus a kitchen. Maintenance took a while fixing the blockage from our shower had to call in a contractor they said. So our bathroom was flooded for 2 days after we took a shower.

The best cook! Friendly staff and definitely a recommendation. Excellent service. Special thank you to Ms. Lueda for serving delicious foods and always being approachable to me and the guests. I will surely miss her and her team. Overall, I will miss the place and the comfort it offers.

I wish I knew this place before. Very nice apartments and the location is great. Special mention to the front desk folks who are very welcoming and assistive. Lueda from the breakfast lounge is nice and funny. Always asks me if I need anything. Try and come to this place, you’ll like it.

I was surprised with the service which has been exceptional especially during the breakfast time. All staff has been so friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Lauda who is always cheerful. The only feedback I have would be if there are more lifts available it would be better.

This is the third year that we have stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard Serviced Apartments. This year it was for two and a half months in a beautiful apartment. All the fixtures and fittings are 5 star quality. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The apartment is cleaned every day except Sunday. The bedding is changed twice a week. The powerful shower is the best I have ever experienced. We love Singapore. The Apartments are so well located in the centre of Orchard with all the luxury shops, the buses and the MRT underground railway station. We have already booked again for next year.

I have no remarks for the hotel. It was clean, breakfast was good (varied every day), facilities (gym and pool) were great. Large mall and metro stop were a few steps (!) from the hotel entrance, which you wouldn't expect given the tranquil atmosphere within the hotel. What particularly stood out to me was the staff. They were friendly and extremely helpful. I had a problem related to a cab-service that was completely unrelated to the hotel. Without asking for it, the hotel staff put in quite some effort to fix that problem. Never in other (5-star) hotels, I had staff being as helpful as they were.

We always come back to this Hotel every year before going diving in Indonesia. Best bed for my husband's bad back and where he has no problem sleeping. Staff are very nice and responsive. The place is clean and always attented. Very convenient and relaxing in every aspect especially after weeks of scuba diving.

I stayed for a week on December 2023 with my family. We booked the deluxe suite with extra bed placed in the living room. The booking process was easy, and smooth. Kudos to Mr. David Picard who assist me with the booking through email. They just renovate the concierge which give a modern feel and luxurious too. The concierge team, esp. Miss Alison always give a warm welcome to us every time we head out or come back. The suite is always kept clean and tidy even we have loads of stuff scattered around. Miss Annie is our housekeeper and thumbs up for her. Every amenities that we requested are prepared with extras for us. She is also very friendly when we had a bit of chit chat. The breakfast spread is not many but enough. The variety that they served every day is good and not boring. The kitchen team is very friendly especially Miss Lueda. She greets every guests there and even spare some time to talk to them in between her busy schedule. There are a lot of serviced apartments spread out in Singapore but I don’t think I will have a change of heart any soon. Given the location of Pan Pacific Serviced Suites, nested right behind 313@Somerset meaning access to MRT station is just a walk away, that’s a huge advantage. And no need to worry to find your daily meals. Plenty of food around the vicinity. Also there’s a grocery store right in front of the building. I love the huge refrigerator they put in every suites. Can put loads of stuff that I bought from the grocery. Having microwave and washing machine is always a plus. Oh did I tell you that the detergent for the washer/dryer is free? They have a pool at the 2nd floor but the best part is they have the hydrotherapy (hot & cold) indoor pool.

Our stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites was so lovely. The location is central to everything which made it very accessible to walk to many places. The rooms are clean and spacious and there is a washer/dryer in the unit along with detergent. Super convenient! The mini kitchenette was a nice addition to the room too. The best part of my day would be the breakfast every morning. Lueda (the chef) and team always prepared tasty dishes so I was excited to see what was on the menu each morning. Aside from those dishes that were different each day, you can also find the standard continental breakfast items. The entire staff was so friendly and attentive. The coffee is Lavazza and good quality. We would recommend staying here if you are visiting Singapore!
