Room was clean, had a good night's rest. Forgot my mobile's charger in the room after check out, staff was understanding and immediately activated my room card for another hour.

Very nice clean muslim friendly hotel.The staffs all are friendly never ever i see 1 who has a sulky face on. The pool omg awesome.Tho its very small BUT FUN most importantly for the children.I LOVE THIS PLACE OMG

The hotel is along Orchard Road which makes it a prime location for shopping. Room was clean. Service staff were friendly.

The room was large and clean. The sofa was a little dirty and smelly. Overall the place was good and they have a wonderful dinner with us all. Very good breakfast at the hotel. Love it.

Staff were very nice and accommodating to my needs and questions, they also gave me a cookie and card for my birthday.. breakfast buffet was also very nice with a lot of options and good quality. I would recommend 👍

Nice room and strong shower pressure. I got the room upgraded when check-in and all the staff during my stay have been helpful and warm. If i can suggest for the service of the hotel, to check their birthday in the ID and prepare something when the customer check out or during stay

Very convenient location with shopping and food at its door.

Comfortable stay, location is good right in heart of orchard for shopping. Crossed the bridge to far east plaza and bought the chicken rice at level 5. Voucher is worth it as we have late check out and free upgrade to premier room with access to lounge that has free flow coffee, drinks and biscuits. Room 1506 is quite ok, door hinges a bit worn out, view from room is opposite carpark

Everything is perfect. The room is nice and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Just 2 feedbacks there no Spa for my wife to enjoy n the pool there’s no baby or kids pool for my son to enjoy. Other then that is 10/10

Convenient location in the heart of Orchard Road. Nearby food and shopping areas. Walking distance with abundant choices.

Excellent hotel and service! It would be great if they have sauna and steam room for hotel guests to use.

The best thing is the king size queen bed and the coolest AC ever …. Come give a try

Had a wonderful stay there. Was our third stay here. I put a little note when booking, to tell them we were celebrating our anniversary there. Didn’t hope for anything, but we got a cookie and a free upgrade. Very appreciative of it. The people were friendly and nice, always with a big smile to greet everyone. The room was great, with a bathtub as well. Toilet flush was abit wonky. Aircon was abit weird. Sometimes it was abit warm, sometimes cold. But it’s not a big problem. Decided to have dinner there instead of heading out. I think every year, the price increases. But the food was great, as usual. Service was tip-top as well. Booked the hotel with breakfast. Breakfast was alright. Of course it cannot beat the dinner buffet but it was enough to fill us up. Oh if you’re parking there, do tell the receptionist. They will give you a slip to scan when you leave the carpark. You can ask them for another slip if you decide to drive out again. Carpark fees were expensive so i am glad we had the slip.(Cars and motorcycles too!) All in all, great stay. Will definitely come again cause i like the location and food is halal. Service is wonderful. Thank you!
