Comfortable stay, location is good right in heart of orchard for shopping. Crossed the bridge to far east plaza and bought the chicken rice at level 5. Voucher is worth it as we have late check out and free upgrade to premier room with access to lounge that has free flow coffee, drinks and biscuits. Room 1506 is quite ok, door hinges a bit worn out, view from room is opposite carpark

Everything is perfect. The room is nice and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Just 2 feedbacks there no Spa for my wife to enjoy n the pool there’s no baby or kids pool for my son to enjoy. Other then that is 10/10

Convenient location in the heart of Orchard Road. Nearby food and shopping areas. Walking distance with abundant choices.

Had a wonderful stay there. Was our third stay here. I put a little note when booking, to tell them we were celebrating our anniversary there. Didn’t hope for anything, but we got a cookie and a free upgrade. Very appreciative of it. The people were friendly and nice, always with a big smile to greet everyone. The room was great, with a bathtub as well. Toilet flush was abit wonky. Aircon was abit weird. Sometimes it was abit warm, sometimes cold. But it’s not a big problem. Decided to have dinner there instead of heading out. I think every year, the price increases. But the food was great, as usual. Service was tip-top as well. Booked the hotel with breakfast. Breakfast was alright. Of course it cannot beat the dinner buffet but it was enough to fill us up. Oh if you’re parking there, do tell the receptionist. They will give you a slip to scan when you leave the carpark. You can ask them for another slip if you decide to drive out again. Carpark fees were expensive so i am glad we had the slip.(Cars and motorcycles too!) All in all, great stay. Will definitely come again cause i like the location and food is halal. Service is wonderful. Thank you!

Appreciate the free upgrade! There’s a co-working space at level 15 with free drinks and biscuits. Location is very convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Great experience. Able to use the shared office space before room is ready. Have early check on specially arrangement. Wife reported room since a bit dusty and was arrange a room change. Was suprised that they even arrange a bellboy to help to move our belongings. 5 stars services.

The carpark doesn’t make any sense. Because the complimentary ticket is only for 1 entry. Carpark charges for Motorbike is $6 per entry and it’s considered expensive. It’s really doesn’t make sense where we are a guest not outsiders have to pay and pay and pay for the carpark entry. On that day I work as a delivery rider at orchard area, and I came in and out of the Carpark a total of 5 times. So have to pay 5x$6 for the whole 1 night stay. Base on my traveling experience in Singapore and Malaysia, I didn’t ever see such CARPARK prices whereby we already paid full amount of our hotel stay thru online booking payment and we have to keep on paying and paying the carpark entry while we stay. ☹️ By right the complimentary ticket must be the same time with our stay. Means our carpark free entry also must be start at 3pm and end at 12pm the next day. That’s the way more better understanding and logic. Hotel was very big. When enter the hotel there’s a 2 superb stairs going to level 2. When I enter the hotel I feel so amazed that the hotel lobby is so wonderful. My room is very clean. Even they had a holy quran at the drawer. Night time can read and know more about god. Swimming pool and the gym is clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly kinda malay Brunei politeness.

Excellent location, comfortable bed. It’s my first choice whenever I visit Singapore.
