The room was spacious and clean. Room has 3 beds which was good. The services was good, staff was helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at this place. The rooms were neat and had everything one needed. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, you can order in or go and dine-in. I tried the gujrati thali right next to the main lobby. It was delicious and very vfm. The staff was polite and helpful. The location is good, i was traveling from goa on my bike and stayed here instead of going to nashik.

Receptionist is very rude, i had called before booking hotel through mmt to ask a few questions(non ac room for driver accommodation. When i asked for non ac room first, she spoke to me very rudely and as if i shouldnt have called to waste her time and that i couldn't afford the room category they had available (executive room)

They give only one water bottle per night. Extra water is chargeable. The water supply has the issue. Only hot water comes. And this is repeated issue. There were cockroach found on the bed in the room. Also there were mosquitos in the room. Wifi speed -just of 10-30 mbps. No toothbrush kit
dusting level was not maintained. The tea kettle was dirty, the empty glass inside the room were also dust on them

The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. There is some renovation work in progress and so could be noisy in the daytime. No problems for us as we arrived in the evening and departed in the morning. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel including a vegetarian gujarati thali restaurant. Good for a short stay.

It was a very nice experience. The hotel is very well managed with very delicious and good quality food. The rooms (delux) are very spacious and newly renovated. Hotel premises are very clean and peaceful. I missed using the hotel's swimming pool as i didn't know that the hotel has a swimming pool at the back side. The best hotel in this tariff. Overall it is a great vfm.
