Good location however housecleaning was not great, we asked for sheets to be changed and realised the same ones were put on. Not impressed.

This hotel is my first choice for travel. I have stayed in many of their hotels and I still like the decoration style of the hotel. They also put a lot of thought into the overall layout of the hotel. Worth recommending

My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels was a pleasant blend of charm and hospitality.
The hotel's location is impeccable. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes.
However, despite the overall positive experience, I encountered an issue with cleanliness that needs addressing. I found hair and stains on the bed linen, which was quite disappointing. It was clearly not up to the usual standards you would expect from a reputable hotel.
Overall, while the hospitality and convenience were commendable, I believe there needs to be more attention to housekeeping to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays.
