Situé dans un joli petit village au sud du Mont Pelion , l'hôtel Lagou Raxi est un hôtel de type familial et tout confort, qui surplombe un paysage à couper le souffle. C'est le règne du silence, dans un écrin de verdure (oliviers- grenadiers-fleurs...) qui descend en pente douce vers une mer transparente et de tout petits villages sympathiques. Le personnel est très professionnel, toujours disponible et accueillant; on y parle aussi bien le grec que l'anglais voire le français. L'ambiance est très conviviale mais calme. On peut trouver plein de petits coins pour se détendre: piscine-jardin- ou terrasses / balcons pour chaque chambre sans oublier la terrasse du bâtiment principal où l'on peut prendre ses repas face à un panorama exceptionnel sur la mer. La nourriture y est excellente, les produits et la cuisine sont de qualité. Je recommande totalement cet établissement.

Je suis arrivé pour un séjour d’une semaine, la vue est imprenable et le cadre idéal pour se détendre dans le calme. Le personnel est serviable et adorable. On y mange super bien, mon séjour s’est très bien passé je recommande à toute personne souhaitant passé un séjour dans la région !

Emplacement fantastique, très pratique pour visiter les alentours, tout simplement splendides. Le personnel est aux petits soins, tout est ultra propre et soigné. Chambres confortables et climatisées. En plus, la cuisinière est un vrai cordon bleu!

It's worth staying here just for the view. Happily there's more reasons than that though. We spent 3 nights at Lagou Raxi and we all loved it, including my teens. The views from the hotel are spectacular whether you are on your room balcony, eating a meal on the porch or relaxing at the pool. The hotel is like a little oasis. It's 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes walk to a great little town square with a several taverna's. But, perched up on the hill it's so much quieter, calmer and cooler than the beachside spots. The breakfasts were great with tons of choices (and it's included) and the staff are really friendly and attentive. You can't go wrong with this place.

Φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο στις 21:10 στις 28/08 έχοντας κάνει τηλεφωνική κράτηση περίπου μία ώρα πριν μιλώντας με μία "κυρία" αγενέστατη και κακότροπη η οποία μας πληροφόρησε πως η reception έκλεινε στις 21:00 και χαριστικά θα μας περίμενε τα επιπλέον 5-10 λεπτά που χρειαζόμασταν για να φτάσουμε εκεί. Μας υποδέχτηκε με μισό χαμόγελο και αφού μας υπενθύμισε πως είχε ήδη σχολάσει (πράγμα που επανέλαβε αρκετές φορές τα περίπου 7 λεπτά που πήρε η διαδικασία του check in) με απότομο και εμφανώς αφιλόξενο τρόπο μας είπε τους όρους της διαμονής και μας ζήτησε προκλητικά να προπληρώσουμε τη διαμονή μας. Έχουμε μένει σε πολλά ξενοδοχεία στην Ελλάδα και εκτός πρώτη φορά μας έτυχε αυτό. Ελληνική φιλοξενία τον πιο τουριστικό μήνα του χρόνου! Αν δεν ήμασταν τόσο κουρασμένοι από το πολύωρο ταξίδι μας δεν θα μέναμε ούτε λεπτό ακόμα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν συμπαθητικό αλλά σίγουρα δεν άξιζε τα 110€ που κόστιζε...Να σημειωθεί πως στην μπαλκονόπορτα υπήρχε η λεγόμενη "έξυπνη σίτα" που είναι μια χαρά για ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια των 40€ αλλά όχι όταν πουλάς υπηρεσίες ξενοδοχείου....Στην ντουζιέρα οι πόρτες δεν έκλειναν καλά και όλο το μπάνιο γέμισε νερά...Για το πρωινό κατεβήκαμε γύρω στις 9:30, άνοιγε στις 9:00, είχαν ήδη τελειώσει τα αυγά, οι ντομάτες κτλ και κανένας εκεί για να ζητήσουμε ανεφοδιασμό. Μετά από περίπου 10 λεπτά εμφανίστηκε κάποιος και μετά από παράκληση μας εφοδίασε ξανά τον μπουφέ. Ο χυμός του πορτοκαλιού ήταν ένα ζαχαρόνερο με χρώμα και ο καφές μόνο φίλτρου...Οι υπόλοιποι καφέδες είχαν έξτρα χρέωση. Η τοποθεσία είναι όμορφη και το χωριό εξαιρετικό. Το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο πολύ κάτω των προσδοκιών μας. Μείναμε στο Πήλιο άλλες 4 μέρες εννοείται σε άλλο κατάλυμα.

we wanted to spend our Easter holidays in perhaps the best part of Greece. The beautiful Pelion era. But that has ruined EVERYTHING , is the unacceptable behavior of the manager and the owner of the hotel. The hotel is supposed to be pet friendly. We had a dog with us , which we realized on your internet site that is allowed. We were told we had to give a notice on that. But to what? In something you announce it? Especially considering that a cat was constantly in the living room. And at the same time we were disappointed by the "PET FRIENDLY" owners to have our own pet. I'm really sorry for the money I spent I'm sorry for you who want to call yourself professionals, I'm sorry that my whole group of 20 people gave you money. I inform you that we will all become your biggest detractors!!! I fill so sorry for you!!

The point is magical. The view is endless. You could spend hours gazing at the lace shores of South Pelion.... And that's where all the good stuff ends. The facility had to be opened since last year with the result that the rooms smell of closure. The towels smelled strongly and were obviously stored in a boiler room as the smell of oil made its presence felt. Hot water for the first few days and zero pressure. The bath or rather the shower was a real adventure. And that's where the blame ends... Staff possibly hired to shut down the facility. The "manager" extremely rude, unacceptably irritable and indulgently rude to squeal and lash out at our simple request not to start breakfast at 10:00 in the morning since we had booked a mini-excursion that included a boat route and we couldn't miss it. Cats running up and down the tables in an otherwise pet friendly hotel that doesn't allow pet dogs. In every effort to calm the spirits and stop the conflict, the rekindling was done by the magical "director" of the accommodation. Having prepaid the entire amount for two months we were asked at check out to pay the € of bank charges. I could write pages but I will get tired. In a word... TRAGIC! An ideal team to take on the defamation of our country's tourism.

The hoel has an amazing location and view....ontop of the hill with a view of the bay and it is near the town. The interior of the hotel is country style and hte gardens are simply amazing. There is a tennis cout where I played tennis with my children....qulaity time together while excersing. I forgot to metnion that the breakfast was different each day and was simply incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpfull.

The place is great and it has amazing ocean views. The staff is very friendly and the person who organizes everything is very professional. The sense of fresh clean air there is so good for you. I felt like visiting my Greek family. Sunsets from the patio are magical. I didn’t want to leave. Thank you guys ❤️❤️ See you soon
