Bellissima camera, ottima pulizia, ottima colazione, personale molto accogliente e disponibile. La posizione è strategica perché a pochi minuti dal centro. Prezzo giusto. Non do il massimo dei voti solo perché senza ascensore ma è assolutamente consigliabile.

Abbiamo alloggiato una settimana e devo dire siamo stati decisamente bene. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili, camere spaziose, colazione buona e variegata. Posizione ottima per girare Ortigia, unico neo la situazione parcheggi che però é un 'problema' comune, consigliato!

This hotel is in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and excellent coffee and lemon cake! The downsides for us were our fridge which did not work at all and it was very hot and the WIFI which is really unstable and mainly non-existent for IPhones and also needs fixing.

ho soggiornato in questo albergo per 2 notti con la mia famiglia.. Albergo molto carino, con camere pulite. posizionato in pieno centro. Buonissime colazioni dia salate che dolci. Il personale é molto gentile. Lo consiglio per passare qualche giorno ad Ortigia.

This hotel is very well located near to the main attractions. Despite that it is quite a quiet location. The room however was plagued with noises maybe from the hotel's laundry. Disposable plastic glasses are provided in rooms - so wasteful, why? Kettles are not provided. There is no lift, so be prepared for stairs, which are quite narrow and awkward. Useful code for the late entrance door. Staff try to be helpful The breakfast spread was lovely.

Excellent communication. My emails prior to visiting were answered immediately. The room was large. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Francesca, the manager, is the best! You feel like family in minutes. Know that there are lots of stairs to climb.

L'hotel si trova su isola Ortigia, in posizione comoda per visitare la zona storica. La peculiarità di questo hotel è la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, che si mette letteralmente al servizio del cliente, senza essere invadente. E vi garantiscono sempre un sorriso. Il prezzo è adeguato alla location.

Da tempo guardavo incuriosita questo posto e finalmente ho deciso di provare. Entrando ti colpisce subito l'atmosfera super rilassante; le pareti verdi, le luci soffuse e il meraviglioso pavimento dell'epoca. Ma veniamo ai piatti, il menù è molto interessante con piatti semplici ma con tanta personalità data dallo chef. Essendoci qualche minuto di ritardo ci ha subito coccolate mandando in sala un entrèè di benvenuto così da farci stuzzicare qualcosa. E questo gesto, ci ha conquistate, perché si nota quello che non si vede in molti posti...la cura e l'attenzione per il cliente che ti ha scelto! Abbiamo preso tre antipasti, due primi ed un secondo, tutto sublime, si percepisce la qualità delle materie prime e il modo sopraffino dello chef nel cucinarle. A me in particolar modo mi è piaciuto l'uovo pochè su una crema di patate. La carta dei vini è adeguata al menù. Prezzi onestissimi! Consigliato.

Sono stato ospite nella struttura dal 31 Ottobre al 4 Novembre ed ho trovato tutto per come era già annunciato. Spazi, ottima location, ampia camera e letto matrimoniale, abbondante colazione, anche la mancanza di ascensore mi era stata indicata e devo dire che non ha pesato più di tanto. Grande senso dell'ospitalità di tutte le persone coinvolte e soprattutto di Andrei (lo scrivo per come lo pronunciavo e mi scuso se non è corretto). Molto consigliato, vicino a tutto e dentro Ortigia. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottima. Se dovessi ritornare ad Ortigia, cosa probabile, sarebbe nuovamente la mia prima scelta.
