Olumsuz yoruk yazanlari hep memnuniyetsiz kıl tipler sanırdım ama bu otelde olumlu hic bisey yok. Görünüşe aldanmayın kalite yok. 3 kisiye tek kisilik yemek getirdiker menu hem zayıf hem azıcıkti istenince bitti dediler. Peçete bile masadali pecetelikte 3 kisilik masada 3 taneydi. Havluluk, taharet musluğu düşüp duruyordu. Bari mis gibi uyur dinlenirim diyordum yastik pamuklari öyle batiyorki. Kahvaltida hersey en düşük lezzetsiz ürünler. Bence siran a hic gitmeyin bile ayderde yada camlihensinde 1 gece daha kalın oraya gitmeye degmez. Boşuna yol yorgunluğu. Kalin perde nasil olmaz ya ben aksam soyunup giyinirken tam karsidaki apt.dan içerisi görünmesin diye ışıkları kapatıp karanlıkta mi giyinmek zorundayım. Rehberimiz ve şoförümuze oda vermemişler cok igrenc pis bir yurda göndermişler. Uyumamis şoförümuz ve rehberimiz. Adam dinlemedim diye mola verip duruyor. Karadeniz turu kapsamında bir gece geçirmek için kullandığımız Şiran ilçesinde bulunan tek 3 yıldızlı otel olmasının verdiği özgüvenle hizmet kalitesini minimal düzeyde tutmakta. Odaları geniş Temizliği fena değil. Ancak tuttuğunuz herşey elinizde kalıyor. Havluluk musluk başları düşüyor. 3 kişiye tek kişilik yemek veriyor. Çaylar karton bakdakta sunuluyor. Yastıkların içindeki pamuklar yüzünüze batabilir. Odalarda kalın perde yok. Gitmeden önce iyi düşünün

Çogu otelden güzel ve nezih. Bölgenin en iyisi kasaba içinde ama tatilciler için uğrak yeri ve konaklamaya ideal.istanbul dan Trabzona gidiş yolu üErinde tomar şelalesi ugradın tur buraya getirdi. Kesinlikle desteklenmeyi hak eden , temiz , odaları güzel 4 yıldız plus bir otel.. personel ilgili ve çalışkan.. asansörler odalar restaurant her şey ***et hoş..otel yöneticisi ve housekeeperı tebriği hak ediyor.. yalnız yemek konusunda bir fikir sürmem çok zor çünkü tur grubu olarak gittik ve açık büfe değil tabldot tarzı bir servis yapıldı. menüde tatlı yada meyva yoktu..

Tur ile beraber gidip kaldığımız bir otel. Sanırım yeni yapılmış. Herşey yeni ve tertemiz. Kahvaltıda nutella şişesine başka çikolata koymalarından başka sıkıntı görmedim :) teknik basit eksiklikler var. Lambaların yanmaması duş başlığının bozuk olması gibi. Çok önemsemedik yorgun olduğumuz için hemen uyuduk.
