Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare due giorni, usare una splendida spa sia interna che vasche e piscina esterna riscaldata. Personale altamente professionale e gentile. Colazione impeccabile. Giro molto ma il soggiorni in questo posto a Sirmione è da ripetere

The hotel looks beautiful but it’s the hardest and most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to slept on! I didn’t dare complain as when I ask what to do about the fact that the room was like a sauna I was meet with what I can only call aggression! I am aware that Italy switches off its A/C in October but usually you can open a window. This room 101 only has patio doors, which obviously you cannot leave open at night, nor in the evening as the room got full of flys, the sheer curtain was broken so even that was no help in preventing flys entering. It was a disaster of a holiday Coffee sachets were only left twice in the room even though they say they provide tea & coffee, if you ask for more they are not keen on handing them out! I would have brought my own coffee if I’d know. This holiday was for my 60th birthday and all I can say is I wish I’d never booked it. Also don’t expect smily, friendly faces with a few exceptions the staff are very unfriendly especially the girls serving breakfast! Not my best holiday

Fantastisk personale som ytte topp service under hele oppholdet. Ikke så stor stab, som gjorde at vi fikk bli kjent med personalet iløpet av uken vi var der. Flott beliggenhet, pent bassengområde, og en restaurant som hadde glimrende mat.

We stayed at the Olivi for 2 nights . The bar looks amazing with friendly bar men and a good selection of drinks and snacks . The room we stayed in was modern and spacious . One of the nice touches there was to the room was you got a TV with channels including Netflix YouTube and way more . The pool was surrounded by nice flowers and plants . I would recommend staying here and would not hesitate to come back .

Un hotel pulito, con un personale molto gentile e sorriderte. Camere molto belle e nuove. Spa molto bella e completa, personale gentilissimo Ho fatto anche dei massaggi molto validi. Colazione molto abbondante e cena alla carta con un ampia scelta. Una bellissima carta dei vini Sicuramente ritorneremo.

The room we stayed in had a balcony and a lovely view of the lake. It was a great place for an evening Prosecco prior to heading to dinner. The room was a very nice size and comfortable. My only comment was we visited between seasons and there was no cooling fan, but we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy nice weather. The service was great and we enjoyed our stay very much. The city was also beautiful to walk around. We would visit here again!

We arrived for our honeymoon, both our first time in Italy, and we were upgraded to a larger room with a view of the lake. The decor is so fashionable, and the hotel is immaculately clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and even in rainy weather the views from the hotel are stunning. The spa is fantastic, and so relaxing. The room was lovely, with a large comfortable bed. The bar in reception offers a wide range of refreshing drinks. The hotel is just by the lake, and close to several fantastic restaurants and bars. As an added bonus, the hotel has 5 cats who provide a feline welcome to guests (if you’re into that sort of thing) cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are looking for a relaxing break for a few days.

Du fait d'une météo maussade nous avons pris le temps de nous ressourcer au spa de l'hôtel. Mention spéciale pour le bassin extérieur très agréable. Endroit magnifique, personnel aux petits soins et buffet petit-déjeuner parfait. Chambre très propre également. Il fait bon vivre dans cet hôtel, je le recommande sans hésiter.
