We had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.

Amazing experience, in the triple room with the family. Felt right at home with all the care and extended benefits for accomodation of our needs. Really loved the room, location and bit away from the airport. However, really loved the beautiful rooms and almost everything you need right in its place.

We wanted a mini break for my family. The hotel is absolutely stunning,great facilities,restaurants.bar,spa .Grounds Ellie greeted us on arrival & showed us round .Such a lovely greeting made us feel very welcome.All the staff are very friendly & they make sure everything is perfect throughout your stay .Our food in moorish restaurant was again excellent.Staff gave us great service,making sure we had all we needed.The buffet is a great addition.All the food was absolutely delicious & very tasty. The spa experience was out of this world.Mia & jas showed us round & pointed us in the right directions for interior pool ,jacuzzi,sauna,steam room,outside pool . We also each had a full body massage.I have to say that was the best massage I’ve ever had .Great communication on needs ,right pressure.A definite must to de stress your body.Afterwards we relaxed in the Himalayan salt room .If your looking for a excellent hotel to stay in .You definitely won’t be disappointed. Maidenhead Travelodge is value for money. The rooms on the 5th floor were well maintained, clean and had comfy beds. What made our stay so good was the high level of friendly customer service at reception. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Only draw back is there is a bit of noise until 11 pm when the neighbouring pub closes- but after that it is a good nights rest. The double glazed windows and block out blinds also help for a good rest.

Although I reviewed this hotel back in June, I thought I would give an update on our last, and definitely final, visit to this hotel. In July we stayed at the Sheraton for one night and parked our car at the hotel for 3 weeks. After midnight, when we had gone to bed, we heard a high powered car being revved and raced around the car park. Yes, someone was using the car park as a race track, using the cars parked there as the edges of the track! Someone else was taking pictures on their mobile phone. We contacted reception, who sent out a security guard and another member of staff. They, however, obviously knew the people racing the car and had a good laugh and joke with them before returning to the hotel, leaving the racers still revving their car and taking photos. I took photos too (attached). My wife was incensed by this total lack of interest from the hotel, and stormed down to reception. One of the people who had gone out to the car was there, plus the duty manager looking rather sheepish. They apologised with a grin on their faces and seemed to think that it was totally acceptable to them that this was going on as the people racing the car were members of staff!!! An incredible attitude. And it was obvious from their reaction that this was not a first time occurrence. Realising that we weren't going to get anywhere with the totally useless members of staff, and as by now the racers had left, we decided to raise the problems with a senior member of staff the following day. A couple of the managers we spoke to on the following day were disgusted at what had happened the previous night. Unfortunately they had already handed in their resignation as they weren't happy with the way the hotel is being run. So decide if you're happy to leave your car at a hotel that condones its staff using the car park as a race track and what damage they could do to your car. Remember, any damage to your car is not the responsibility of the hotel, even if it's their own staff who have caused the damage! Please read the other reviews regarding cars being damaged at this Hotel. I posted a review on the Marriott website and received a very defensive response from the front desk duty manager. She apologised for the fact that staff were racing cars in the car park but didn't seem to really take it seriously. This experience, combined with the non-working air conditioning in the bedrooms, the tvs in the bedrooms that often don't work, the gaffer-taped tatty old carpeting in the hallways, the scruffy pool area that is hardly ever swept clean, the downgraded quality of the Club Lounge and the withdrawal of the Club concierge service seems to be indicative of a company seeking to justify changing the branding of this hotel to one of Marriotts budget brands. However, they're still charging 4 star prices for a hotel that now struggles to give one star service. Shame on you Marriott for ruining a formerly very good quality hotel. Hotel was exceptionally and staff were generally friendly. Only thing they forgot was the kettle I requested for a replacement for the one in the room as it had a dirty filter, though the replacement never came it was still a good and economical stay, convenient location with lots of amenities around as it is a 10-15 bus ride from Heathrow airport .

Excellent time, warm clean large room nice looking and stylish bed comfy soft pillows, nice big shower all clean hot water large soft towels. Keller bar was easy to get to great food and the band was great with a really buzzing atmosphere the night club was good too easy music to dance to. Easy to get back to my room at the end of the night. There was a lady called Laura who was always checking the ladies and floors making sure everything was safe she even kept the loo rolls topped up! All the the staff were really friendly and it was such an enjoyable experience. The next morning I visited the spa which was really great with pool, steam and sauna etc plus gym area all Technogym equip. Then a full English breakfast there was a good selection of food all warm and tasty. The staff were well organised clean tables etc. Well worth the money for all types of groups and families staying I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you and see you again soon!
