去之前看到很多負面評價，但實際去了並沒有很差，反而住的非常舒服。
訂新裝修的房間就行，很乾凈很舒服，酒店的景色實在太美啦！每個房間都很美，可以看洞爺湖和晚上的煙花。煙花也可以去樓下走到湖邊看，也很方便！
説説被吐槽的餐飲，確實在北海道的酒店餐食中不屬於好的，但也夠吃，刺身也很新鮮。
總得來説性價比非常高！值得推薦！

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the facilities were impressive, my experience was overshadowed by several disappointing issues. The hotel's amenities, including the pool, gym, and restaurant, were top-notch, and the common areas were clean and well-maintained. However, the room itself was another story. The cleanliness was far below expectations. There were stains on the bed linens, dust in corners, and the bathroom had visible mold in the shower. For a hotel of this caliber, such hygiene standards are unacceptable.

Disappointing, I do not like the room as its not exactly what I seen on Trip.com. And the cleanliness is a problem with housefly, worn out seats, bathtub, tables etc. The only things that I can appreciate for this hotel is the food and onsen which is not crowded. Overall, i will prefer to stay at other hotel for this kind of price.

Very nice room, facing the mountain and lake view, the hot spring is very comfortable, especially the outdoor pool has a good view. It was a pity that we didn't see the sunrise and sunset because there were a lot of clouds on the two days we went there, but it was also a good experience to soak in the pool and look at the beautiful lake and white clouds. The breakfast and dinner included in the hotel are very rich, and only two meals a day are enough hahahaha. There is a free bus to pick up near Sapporo TV Tower, which needs to be booked in advance.
