The hotel location is a bit further from city center but walkable, and tram is just in front.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is new so a bit renovation smell.

We arrived at the hotel on vacation with the family. We were welcomed with a smile and all our needs were met. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, highly recommend.

Great hotel! Everything is new and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful. Location quite convenient, next to Sofia Mall, metro and tram stations.

I had a really enjoyable stay at the Aurora Hotel in Sofia. The hotel itself is very nice, comfortable and welcoming. The staff at the entrance were always ready to help whenever needed, which made a great difference. I also loved the breakfast options, everything tasted excellent and was very well prepared. The only thing that felt less positive was the area outside the hotel. The street nearby is quite dark, which can make it a bit uncomfortable at night. Of course, this is not really the hotel’s fault.

Stopped here for 3 nights in October. Being around 400m from the Opalchenska metro station it is perfect for the City Centre and also the airport (metro from the airport go to Opalchenska station). Quality of the hotel, quality of the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff were all great. If we ever go back to Sofia we would stay here again
