Abbiamo prenotato questa stanza x 4 notti , dal 2 al 5 maggio 2026.Unica cosa veramente positiva e' la posizione, che si trova a 100 MT dalla stazione metro di Serdika.Per il resto la camera numero 3 e' un disastro senza indice di paragone.La struttura e fatiscente, la camera aveva i soffitti pieni di macchie da precedenti infiltrazioni, il bagno e' una sorta di sgabuzzino con una carta da parati tutta scrostata.Uno dei due letti singoli aveva il materasso sfondato, e la polvere regnava dappertutto.Addirittura c'era un chewingum appiccicato al muro oltre che delle prese della corrette pericolosissime.Non viene messo nessuno sapone o shampoo e abbiamo dovuto richiedere delle asciugamani più grandi per la doccia perché ne forniscono 3 piccoline.E nonostante fossimo in 2 ce ne hanno portato solo una.Io sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura soprattutto x le famiglie con figli piccoli.

Ottimo Hotel, vicino al centro , ai luoghi turistici e ai mezzi pubblici , è nuovo, efficiente, perfetto se amate pulizia, efficienza e un'ottima colazione al mattino. Personale molto gentile e ospitale, la Signora Maria prepara camere impeccabili, alla Reception ricevete tutte le informazioni possibili. Un'ottima scelta, per il soggiorno perfetto. Vivamente consigliato
