Bad experience.
Booked 2 rooms and they could only find 1 in their system.
We requested a wake up call but never received it.
The air conditioning in the rooms did not work and it was 26 degrees inside.
We could take a shuttle bus to the airport, but it left too early so we couldn't go.
The hotel receptionist was very grumpy and unfriendly this morning.
