추석을 맞아 부모님이 이모들과 속초 여행을 가신다는 얘기를 듣고 숙소 잡아드린다고 해서 검색하다 성인 6명 침대 5개가 있다는 방을 예약했는데 직접 체크인 하실때 이런 방이 없다고 예약 사이트에 이런방을 올려둔적이 없다고 계속 그랬다고 하셨다더라구요,, 근데 솔직히 그거는 저희가 알 수도 없는 얘기고 저희는 이 방을 보고 예약을 한건데 예약한 손님 앞에서 이런방을 올려둔적이 없으니 방을 줄수없다 라고 얘기하는건 좀 아니지 않나요? 침대5개 보고 예약한 숙소였는데 방이없다고 처음엔 침대 2개만 있는방을 주신다해서 그건 좀 너무하단생각이 들었습니다 결국엔 온돌방으로 바꿨다고 하긴했는데,,,
직접 가서 숙박한건 안지만 그래도 부모님과 어른들만 보내두고 이 얘기를 전해들으니 좀 속상했습니다
원래 숙소 한군데 써보고 좋으면 계속 숙박하는데
