The hotel was short of staff. The management staff was not friendly. No adequate claimed service provided. Rooms were dirty and even in request no one came to clean the room. No water bottles were provided. Room service was so slow. For a simple jug and bottle of water had to wait for an entire day. No

Place is good, good location, good services but things would have been excellent if little efforts have been taken for maintenance. So many plants are there but without watering. They are just drying and dying. Greenery all around makes things more lively more beautiful.

Food and other items were overpriced with not so good quality, complementary water bottle was not provided and was highly expensive, bathroom was too small for a room charged with that price.
