I went here for three days for my birthday. My partner had asked them for something special for my birthday, but they didn't have anything.
When we made the booking, it mentioned free airport and station pick up and drop off. But they dropped us off at the airport and charged us 30€.

Excellent hotel. Was a saviour when we arrived after midnight. Called reception & they organized a pick up from terminal 2 at €25. Free shuttle before 12noon back to airport very good. Highly recommend the place

It's too new and there's a smell in the room. Service is average. Nothing good to eat. Not suitable for long term stays. If it lasts just one night, it won't matter.

Stayed at this hotel for a quick overnight before a morning flight out of Malpensa airport. Hotel is about 15 minutes driving to the airport (in the morning) and the same is for most of the car rental companies around the airport. The Hilton Garden Inn is clean , rooms are of decent size with all basic amenities, there’s a pantry shop in the lobby and the covered parking was free of our stay. The breakfast offers a decent selection of hot, cold, savoury and sweet items. Staff is attentive but lacks a little empathy in my personal opinion. Overall a good choice if you need to stay close to Malpensa Airport.
