Perfect place to stay if you want to be right in Phong Nha town. Personally I prefer being further out in nature but since we stayed here one night to catch the bus to Hue, it was perfect. The pool is great. Staff are super friendly and did our laundry really quickly.

Fantastic Homestay! A room with everything you need, good self cooked food and a perfect service from pick up, organization of sleeper bus, supporting with activities and delivery to the bus pick up! We lived in this hotel for three days. We were satisfied with absolutely everything. The location is excellent, by the river, in a quiet place, near mountains and picturesque rice fields. The tourist center and the pier for boats to the caves are nearby. The hotel owners are very friendly and caring people. They organized an inexpensive trip for us to Paradise Cave. The room is clean, the beds and bedding are excellent, the air conditioner and fan work, there are no insects, the bathroom is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Our room's doors open directly onto the pool. There is silence throughout the hotel. Everything is fine!

Very good location, next to the pier, from where boats leave for the Phon Nha cave, next to the bus stop going to Da Nang. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a refrigerator, there is a swimming pool. In the evening, after checking out of the room and excursions, you can take a shower. Very energetic and active hostess, who organizes any tours and transport at reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

The place looks beautiful from the outside, but there are lots of little things that make it not ideal. - 4 boys playing and talking loudly outside the room the whole day - did not expect us and had to wait for 30 minutes for them to clean the room - tried to charge for the room at checkout despite pre-paying (had to show proof) - shower was cold. put the handle to one side and was ice cold, the other was ever so slightly warm like an unheated outdoor pool in the spring - rather than frosted glass, or a curtain, there were blackout blinds covering all but a 20cm gap in a plain window. although it was facing a forest, if one curious boy wanted to, they could easily view you in the shower without much effort - there is no bell for service, have to knock on their office/house door - giving 500,000 they did not have change, except in very small bills for the last 60,000 - no water bottle in room - fidge wasn't plugged in There were good things: - nice room, good a/c, basic amenities like hot water kettle, shampoo etc but the oodles of little problems outweigh the good things. would not recommend

The room was with the balcony. The furniture on the balcony was all dust.

It's OK. Pay attention to the hot water when taking a shower. Electric appliances cannot be kept running for a long time.
