"It's a bit far from the main train station, but fortunately Bus2/28 is direct, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the hotel. The location of the hotel feels a bit out of the way, but the service attitude of the receptionist is very good, and the breakfast is also good"

It was my first time in Düsseldorf, and I booked it knowing it was a chain hotel. The environment was very good and exceeded my expectations. I also met engineers from the airline who were staying in the hotel, which means the hotel environment must be very good.

GGeorge HuaWe come to this hotel every year, and we can see the facilities in the room degrading. The were fine around 2016 to 2019, after covid lock down, when we were back in 2023, still good, and 2024, fine. Till this year, 2025, the toilet flush is half broke, shower head is not in good condition. Breakfast service is shrank, no more take away coffee cups.

WWaixiI recently stayed at the Medici Lifestyle Hotel and had a lot to say about the experience. The hotel has a very unique style, as if you were in a museum, and the overall atmosphere and decoration were impressive.
Pros:
Specialty style: The hotel's decoration style is very unique and full of artistic atmosphere. Whether it is the lobby, corridors or public areas, there are many artworks and antiques, as if you are in a private museum, which is very worth watching.
Location: The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many attractions and restaurants, and it is very convenient to travel. This saves us a lot of time and energy when visiting the city.
Service: The hotel's service is very thoughtful. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very smooth. The room service is also timely and meets our various needs.
Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The gym and other public facilities are also well maintained and very convenient to use.
Cons:
Decoration in the room: Although the overall style is unique, the decoration in the room can sometimes make people feel a little scary. The design of some artworks and antiques is exaggerated, which may not suit every guest's taste, especially when alone at night, it may feel uncomfortable.
Overall, the Medici Life Hotel is a very special accommodation choice. Its unique museum style and artistic environment are very suitable for travelers who like art and culture. Although the decoration in the room may be a bit scary, it does not affect the overall accommodation experience. The hotel’s location is very convenient for reaching the city center, making it ideal for travelers looking for easy access to main attractions. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, with a good sleeping bed that ensured a restful night. The bathroom was spotless, adding to the comfort of the stay.
The staff was polite and extremely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Breakfast, however, was quite basic. It worked for a quick meal, with bread and yogurt options, but lacked variety. The only warm item was from an automatic pancake machine. Unfortunately, the boiled eggs were overcooked and difficult to peel.
One downside was the room lighting, which occasionally flickered and caused minor inconvenience.
Overall, the hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay with excellent staff and a great location, though the breakfast and lighting could use some improvement.

PPeterKA comfortable and cozy small hotel in a very convenient location next to a streetcar stop. It is about 15 minutes by bus from the airport and also about fifteen minutes directly on the streetcar to the downtown so it is easy to get anywhere. There are several restaurants and a small market across the street and several supermarkets and many more restaurants and shops in walking distance. The staff were friendly and speak English. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. A small bathroom and the main disadvantage no air conditioning but the room was pretty comfortable with the small fan they provide. The breakfast was great with many choices. The WiFi worked well and the tv had a few English and foreign channels. A good value for money and a good location if you like to see a normal neighborhood but convenient to get around. I would stay again.

GGuest UserMy hotel stay was generally good as it matched the price point. The room was clean and comfortable for a very short stay. Location was great as it was close to the central station. The staff were very welcoming and friendly!
Downside, furniture felt very outdated and the “king bed” was actually two single beds placed side by side. Very limited amenities provided so don’t expect to have bottled water provided in the room but overall, it was a decent budget-friendly option.

AAnonymous UserUpon arrival, we were required to check in online using our mobile phones at the front desk. The elevator wasn't working, so we had to carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor. Thankfully, our bags weren't too heavy, otherwise it would have been quite a struggle, and we weren't offered any help with carrying them (which felt like a bit of a service miss). Once in the room, we noticed the floor was quite dusty. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The rest of the room was fine. For a 3-night stay, it was perfectly adequate. However, the walls are very thin, so you can hear a lot of noise from the hallways and outside. Luckily, I had earplugs with me, which allowed me to sleep well.
