"Located near Dusseldorf Airport, it was not perfectly completed yet. But the rooms were clean and the facilities were clean. It was nice to have a Korean BBQ restaurant across the road."

"The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Breakfast is included in the price, and there's something for everyone. I would have given the hotel full marks if it weren't for two factors that weren't so great. The TV remote didn't work because the battery was dead, so I had to go down from the 10th floor and fix it. Then, as it got dark, light flickered into our room all night long from a room where the light or a sensor was broken. This also lit up our room. It woke me up and I just couldn't sleep. The hotel couldn't offer a solution (no other room, and a repairman wouldn't come until 6-7 a.m.). That's completely unacceptable for me."

"Apart from the slightly out-of-the-way location, everything else is great. It's clean and tidy, and there are both apartment and hotel options. If you don't need to cook, try to choose the hotel option; this one is an apartment."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, it had a built-in speaker so I could play my music (honestly my favorite feature). The bathroom was clean and had its own AC, nice touch! The bar was open 24/7 and has a pizza menu, it was great for after the concert I attended, because I was hungry! Lastly, parking costs 15€ per day."

"We booked this hotel to attend the Medica fair in Dusseldorf .The hotel located near the centeal railway station that is very convenient to travel to the exhibision by train. There are also a lot of international food restaurants around the hotel within 2 Kms. like Viatnamese fod , Chinese food , Thai food , Japsnese food."

"The room was clean as it was recently renovated I believe. The location was not the best but in a quiet area. The not so great part was when we arrived, the room we selected was not ready even after 3pm. The receptionist gave us a new room next to the lift without asking if we were ok with it. So we had to listen to the lift all night :( Bathroom is super tiny and no amenities. Not up to the standard for Hilton."

"The room was spotless and well-maintained, the service was excellent, and there was plenty of space with good lighting. The environment was pleasant, and it was very close to the train station. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again. The hotel's location is superb, the housekeeping staff are very friendly, and the front desk lady was so welcoming. The room rates are also very affordable, offering great value for money! It truly feels like a vibrant, lived-in place – that's my review of this hotel. "The check-in is actually only quite stuck at 15:00, although we were there only less than an hour earlier. At least the offer of having to stop our luggage could have been submitted. The Lord at the reception spoke very quickly and for me as a hearing machine to be very quiet. Must ask everything, really everything, what was really unpleasant and nervous. Here there is great training needs! At breakfast I was treated very unfriendly because I did not understand the reason I was called the same as when I was asked about the room number. I find that the worst of all the shortcomings! Because I felt like this differently, and that is not possible! The whole equipment was colourful and modern, but all of them are only outdoor things that are second-ranging in my eyes. Although the room was very clean, it is quite bright - my wife has sleeped very unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, there were only big head kits. So I could get up again with neck and headache in the morning. I've been in many hotels, but I can say that I've been most angry and unhappy to go out here. The parking was relatively expensive and I was allowed to experience two exits (with my day ticket) as each other vehicles were closely followed me and therefore had parked without (paid) ticket. I also felt that very uncomfortable and unfair. As an honest payer, I unintentionally supported two other parkers at the parking fee prelles. And that just because the hotel did not fix the defected entrance barrier in time. This whole result led me to the decision to no longer book a Moxy hotel. On the contrary, I think to confront the management in writing with these points, because this is discrimination. Conclusion: never again!"

"Amazing hotel and services. The room was comfy. However, never do the hotel laundry service as it was overly pricy. I just experienced the most expensive laundry service in my entire life."
